@airtelindia has hired **** in Kolkata region they always recommend for a competitor if we asked for Airtel broadband. Same goes to customer support. Shame on you people. I was thinking that airtel will come back but it's sucking itself.

Everyday @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is going from bad to worse. Last night almost no data connection and since morning it's patchy. Never seen the 4G+ working in full swing. It's been 16 years since this circle ⭕ guess time to switch.

Not sure who are the engineers built chat bot for #airtelthanks app. But they need to learn and test their bot properly to handle faq. Exaggeration of ML/AI in the name of developing pathetic chat bot won't make better Engineers. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia give better service.
