    @Taltos2020 I never had this reliance thing even if other networks dont work Not using BSNL but still have the land line connection and paying every month

    @reliancejio Dear Sirs, Pls consider installing a Jio - 4 G mobile tower at Chattiyan - Slaughter House, locality in KASAULI, Distt SOLAN ( H. P) where, there is absolutely no connectivity of any service provider incl BSNL. Several persons incl me hve changed multiply service..

    @rsprasad what modi govt has done during the last 5 years to bring 4 g or a better 3 g in BSNL........does your govt intends to close down BSNL.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw I am a prepaid mobile subscriber of BSNL West Bengal Circle Pin-713502 .I am not getting DATA from BSNL cell tower in this area,most of day & night no DATA or poor connection strength in my location.l reported in PGPRTL but no reply.

    complaint IDs: 130382484566, 130378058936. BSNL Fibernet: Circle Karnataka, Shimoga Customer ID: 4026140001 Informed in BSNL Office, Hosanagara. If you can't fix the issue atleast take out the connection and refund the money paid to get internet. Paid 12K for internet connection.

    @BSNLCorporate Would there be any permanent solution to this or should we also have a contract with some other private company. Your service is very very annoying and we are just on the brink of giving up. Please let me know if we should have some hope with BSNL or just give up.

    @BSNLCorporate Thank you so much 🥰 and a last help. I am not receiving a bill, Nor by post and nor by sms. And in bsnl self help app I'm not able to see bill details, it only shows amount. I want bill breakup. How do I see or download bill / breakup of all details

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW The broadband service is down in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh. I tried to reach out the people from the bsnl office but they aren't responding.
