@kapsshimla Problem of Privatisation is downsizing manpower & making it performance oriented. This requires huge funds like being done in BSNL. Land shedding is only an off set measure. They are sitting on excess prime land.

@CMDBSNL Bsnl service is worst even after complaining from more than a month still issue unresolved. Worst service I am going to port all bsnl numbers.

@rsprasad what modi govt has done during the last 5 years to bring 4 g or a better 3 g in BSNL........does your govt intends to close down BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate No other service provider faces any kind of network outage issue here. Jio, Airtel, Vi nobody. Then why only BSNL? And there shouldn't be any excuses for taking as many as 5 long days for restoration of services which ideally should be non-stop.

@BSNLCorporate Thank you for fixing my internet speed issue which I reported before. Now I am getting proper speed. Please fix my VOIP connection provided along with broadband. Looks like this is also some config issue from LCO/BSNL side similar to my speed issue.

@reliancejio For Prepaid user if unlimited plan gets over why we can't call or SMS with a minimum recharge like 5, 10 Rs, Why there is no recharge available for a month with 40 Rs like BSNL, Airtel and VI ? To increase profit and gain money instead of user-oriented service?

@dharmeshlad75 @pravesh814 if you call bsnl customer care they give you lame reasons and when you ask them further they disconnect call without telling anything. great service bsnl.
