    @CMDBSNL Bsnl service is worst even after complaining from more than a month still issue unresolved. Worst service I am going to port all bsnl numbers.

    @UnionBankTweets BRANCH NAHAN 1703001 PIN CODE, Most of the time connectivity down in branch,can't access bank locker, nor any transaction. And when ask they told Link from BSNL down Do something provide other operator lease line to Branch. Customers are suffering

    @santanu385 @bsnl_care You should port as soon as possible, I am facing the same issues and these can never be resolved and you know it even BSNL knows it. And one more thing i want to add, there plan costs are suddenly increasing. Thoda bahut hi diffence bchega kuch time k bad.

    @TRAI Trying to send PORT SMS to 1900 using my @BSNLCorporate SIM but it’s not going through. Customer care is unresponsive (option 8 goes nowhere), and no reply to my complaint raised on June 8 via BSNL Care app. @TRAI please look into this! #MNP #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Before these friendly plans, bsnl needs to work on basic customer care support which is currently complete disaster. Being the customer from past decade, I am emailing bsnl from past many months regarding an urgent issue they don't even bother to reply.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TamilNadu I raised a complaint on 09.06.2025 regarding my BSNL Fibernet WiFi not working. Today 11.6.25, I called customer care and was shocked to hear the complaint was marked closed,but the issue is still unresolved! How can you close a complaint? #BSNL

    Other service providers are providing eSIM since long, but we as a BSNL service users are deprived of getting such benefits.
