    @BSNL_RJ @BharatFibreFTTH Upon not having received any confirmation on the said request even after 2 days. I filed a complaint through BSNL Self-Care Portal, which has been updated falsely as resolved without any real resolution to the issue. I request you to look into it at the earliest.

    @BSNLJHARKHAND I am using BSNL prepaid sim 9431358988. I could not recharge on time and now it is in Grace 2 period. I recharged by 197 Rs yesterday through self care portal of BSNL as instructed by customer care. still showing in Grace 2 and no calls allowed. Pl. look this.

    @bsnl_tt @BSNLCorporate Hello bsnl thank you for worst services. I took connection 4months ago. In these 4 months service is down for almost 1month.and i shifted to new address I requested to change the connection to new address. Silly answer from bsnl is there is no cable.

    @DoT_India That’s worst reply from bsnl it’s ur responsibility to give connection to that place…if it’s appx 300 to 400 metre away then what not installed. How can the bsnl a government service can refuse the service by saying merely that it’s not feasible… make it feasible…

    @BSNLCorporate Worst service of bsnl fibre. It's down maximum times. Wants to disconnect and take my money back but no one is helping. My bsnl fibre no is 0731-2992674

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD Everytime, the network gets unavailable. What is the reason, i dont know, i recharged since last 2 times and money goes waste. In delhi circle, mtnl not provide network to bsnl. Even if in UP Noida and ghaziabad circle dont provide even a single cell📶.

    @BSNL_MH Hey bsnl in this time where everything is online we meet people online we work online . It's your responsibility to provide good network . But still you are providing 2G speed or somethime that E speed . Kindly solve my issue Or as give my money back.

    @BSNLCorporate If someone use BSNL as primary sim then the people can't use basic things. You can't resolve a network issue within 15 days so don't promote your service. Improve your service. Your employees are lazy that's why a BTS down over 15days they can't resolve the issue till now.
