    @UnionBankTweets BRANCH NAHAN 1703001 PIN CODE, Most of the time connectivity down in branch,can't access bank locker, nor any transaction. And when ask they told Link from BSNL down Do something provide other operator lease line to Branch. Customers are suffering

    @bsnl_care What to say now? @bsnl_care only knows how to make fool of customers. Since 2021 ur team hasn't been able to resolve the problem thn wht should we expect you #BSNL? one More New Complaint Docket Number has been sent. You #BSNL People only know how to befool through Assurances.

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl me 1 gb per/day and unlimited call ka koi bhai recharge plan nhai .ase customer ka bhai dhyan rakha jaaye. Pack 1 month 3 month 6 month 1 year ka hona cheye . Please start this plan

    Now also depending on the area you live you get proper bsnl internet. If you go to Google one can get a proper picture of the quality of bsnl network. It is risky to switch over from JIO/Airtel to BSNL even now. While travelling one may not get proper BSNL network.

    @bsnl_care My BSNL Fiber and Landline (0674-2585556) have not been working properly for the past 2–3 days. There are constant fluctuations, and most of the time, there's no internet at all. Please resolve this issue at the earliest,

    @narendramodi At the moment in my area the BSNL internet is faster than before. Previously it was horrible. Many people who had switched from JIO to BSNL were crying as they felt let down by the Government. One autorickshaw driver was regretting the switch-over because of no net.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I've been trying to reach BSNL support for the past 2–3 days. Calls are picked up and immediately disconnected. I'm unable to use my BSNL service and SMS is blocked — despite all plans being in place. This is unacceptable and disappointing.
