    @UnionBankTweets BRANCH NAHAN 1703001 PIN CODE, Most of the time connectivity down in branch,can't access bank locker, nor any transaction. And when ask they told Link from BSNL down Do something provide other operator lease line to Branch. Customers are suffering

    Dear @BSNL_UPE @BSNLCorporate , Why can't towers in villages can be solar powered? In my area internet/network works only if electricity is there. BSNL's speed is too good but only till electricity is there otherwise it drops to EDGE. @rsprasad

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ @BSNL_RJ my bsnl sim is damaged and i need a replacement sim. but problem is that SIM was issued in ahmedabad gujarat and presently i have moved to rajasthan. my permanent address is also rajasthan. i am facing to get new sim. kindly suggest.

    I needed a FTTH connection so i contacted to local vendor. Vendor is asking for router and splicing charge 3500+1000 extra with Rs-9600. When I contact to customer care; it's very irresponsible behavior showed by them. BSNL in loss due to these irresponsible guys. #bsnl

    @reliancejio @JioCare i ported my BSNL number to Jio. My BSNL sim got de-activated this morning around 5-6AM and my new JIO sim got signal around the same time. But i am unable to perform tele-verification as IVR on 1977 is not taking any inputs. Can you help?

    @CMDBSNL @BSNL_RJ Security deposit for my disconnected BSNL connection 01565-224828 for a/c no. 1015007591 and a/c no. 1026914164 not refunded so far. I applied for security refund on dt. 4.8.2022 with copy of aadhaar and bank details. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICES OF BSNL.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence, I had lodged a complaint with you regarding my broadband connection. Deadline for setting it right has expired. No one has even turned up. If your service is going to be like MTNL or BSNL, I will surrender my connection, move to someone else. Can u rectify?
