@JayKayastha @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate Same thing happened to me... whenever I asked employee of bsnl regarding status of my Complaint,they cut my phone also....this is very bad for customer of BSNL...due to this type of working culture at BSNL , customer suffered most of time alot

I have recording regarding that in which you can clearly hear that employee of bsnl cut my phone and not reply to complaint... Still my Landline and broadband not working..

Please take the cancellation request and proceed to cancel the connection. Will no longer require your low standard service the world is better without bsnl broadband

Have a BSNL tower next to my home but still I rarely get signal. Calls aren't audible much, Let's not even talk about data. 🙃 Do you know any solution @BSNLCorporate or Should I switch?

@BSNLCorporate sir, My broadband BSNL NO: is 01951-265228 .requested several times to SDE BSNL Budgam Mr Reyaz Lone and Mr Showkat *** Engineer Srinagar Kashmir, but since 5th March 2021 to till date my complaint not resolved.
