@BSNLCorporate today i personally went to bsnl dibrugarh at graham bazar & seen that even bill generation isnot possible due to slow system. If system of even bsnl office itself is so ineffective then how can bsnl will provide quality data service to peoples.

Currently I am living in Hyderabad n the number belongs to Bihar state. I visited bsnl customer service center in Hyderabad also they said they can't do anything . For this I ll hv to go to bihar only. How us this fair to a customer? Kindly provide some resolution on this please
