    @BSNLCorporate I've been facing constant outages & poor service with my BSNL Fiber connection in my hometown. Every weekend & whenever it rains, the net goes down - sometimes for days. Local support is unresponsive & rude. I rely on this for remote work. Please help.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I have been using BSNL since 2014. Recently, I upgraded to a 4G SIM. Now, the problem is that whenever there is a power outage, the BSNL signal also disappears.

    @BSNLCorporate My connection is from the BSNL Exchange Office in Ghatsila, Jharkhand. Hope this helps the support team identify and resolve the issue faster.

    @stufflistings BSNL has network coverage here, but the internet speed is too low, so it's not useful for me. BSNL is good for basic use like making calls and sending SMS.

    @BSNLCorporate Every weekend, my BSNL Fiber connection goes down - at least 2 days without internet each week, even when there's no bad weather. I've noticed this for the past 2 - 5 months and have had to file multiple complaints. Not a single month has passed without me raising an issue.
