  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ @bsnl Broadband service has been very bad since last few days at Khairthal, Rajasthan - 301404. Quickly resolve the problem. I have complained twice with complaint number 1056449642. Also the customer care service is not up to the mark.

  @BSNLCorporate BSNL’s selfcare portal not working properly. I want to upgrade my broadband plan, but on option to upgrade, it’s automatically logged out. In BSNL Customer care number 1504 and 18003451504, there are no any care executive.

  @BSNLCorporate even after a year of complaining the BSNL FTTH connection issues haven’t been resolved. Frequent connection drops without warning for hours is an issue that still persists. Even after complaining several times to several departments nothing has been done. 😞 😞

  I have @BSNLCorporate BSNL Fiber 200mbps plan but i didn't get 200mbps download Upload speed only get around 60-100mbps so please do something i complaint so many times they fix it for sometime then they do back to normal means poor speed what you guys want?

  @BSNLCorporate My brodband plan is upto 200 mbps, before complain i received 50-60 mbps, Today recived call and as per instraction restart the modem . Now bsnl gives only 10 mbps speed. What the pathetic service give you guys.
