    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ @bsnl Broadband service has been very bad since last few days at Khairthal, Rajasthan - 301404. Quickly resolve the problem. I have complained twice with complaint number 1056449642. Also the customer care service is not up to the mark.

    frequency of “no Internet” is also increasing. My bsnl number is 01460-294126 and on top it that your coustmer service and local employs are very bad. There is one specific person who is very rude and expect me to call him

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate My BSNL Bharat Fiber/Wi-Fi connection is repeatedly getting disconnected. It works for 1–2 days and then stops working again. This issue is happening frequently. Please arrange a proper technical inspection and provide a permanent solution.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @robertravi21 No signal in Dwarka Sector 8 Delhi since last 10 days so focus more on customer then all this no wonder BSNL is in this stage now gng to port as workaround I got is moving frm my place to Gurgaon and generate PORT code so thanks for the pathetic service yours

    @lalitgrateful Very fair point, but duopoly after prices crashed is still better than an oligopoly before Jio at 1₹/min. The real issue is that BSNL collapse. If govts (UPA or NDA) had properly invested in BSNL post2016, we'd have a strong 3rd player right now, and no duopoly. The problem isn't Jio's success, it's government failure..... I think so..

    @SidharthKourav Mere location pe bsnl airtel & jio se batter network stability hai but sms nahi send hota hai otp delayed aati hai. vi main use nahi karta so... main airtel jio & bsnl tino use karta hu depending to situation and location... so mahine ka personally 1000 se uper kharch karta hoon.

    @Ramanand06X @BSNLCorporate BSNL has to start reviving their services by expanding 5g network and better service. I'm sure if they focus on this, by this time next year, they can see a huge growth in customers across the nation.
