    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ @bsnl Broadband service has been very bad since last few days at Khairthal, Rajasthan - 301404. Quickly resolve the problem. I have complained twice with complaint number 1056449642. Also the customer care service is not up to the mark.

    frequency of “no Internet” is also increasing. My bsnl number is 01460-294126 and on top it that your coustmer service and local employs are very bad. There is one specific person who is very rude and expect me to call him

    On 28th june did bsnl krishi ₹141 recharge it is still showing as pending.kindly cancel it or process the recharge asap. This happened second time with me. Why don't u accept payment from Amazon. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate after 10 years or more, i have decided to Port my bsnl pre-paid number. Bcoz 3g network is not improved in my area,i am still using 2g network,but plan extension & migration price are so much increase,but services are poor & no improvement. @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate i have mistakenly done recharge 1498 instead of 1999 I wanted unlimted call & 2GB/day data. bsnl representative not understanding concern & not helping. very poor customer service. @AshwiniVaishnaw sir that's why private winning. bsnl losing share.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi @DoPTGoI The Only reason for BSNL not yet picking up market is poor HR plan demotivating young officer , very poor HR Plan not giving succession for their carrier, ITS are deputation to BSNL and stopping progression path for kind intervention pl.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear @BSNLCorporate still same issue happening. Till now issue in not resolved. Just after powe cut bsnl also goes down. Not even good signal strength. Either BSNL or vender must have battery backup. Even for 2 minute Power cut BSNL signal lost. Why customer have to suffer ??
