    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ @bsnl Broadband service has been very bad since last few days at Khairthal, Rajasthan - 301404. Quickly resolve the problem. I have complained twice with complaint number 1056449642. Also the customer care service is not up to the mark.

    frequency of “no Internet” is also increasing. My bsnl number is 01460-294126 and on top it that your coustmer service and local employs are very bad. There is one specific person who is very rude and expect me to call him

    @JioCare Yeah, checked through this link only. Airtel already started 5G network in my area almost a year ago, though it’s not at all usable and just for name sake. BSNL 3G better than Airtel and Jio in our area.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 BSNL is unable to replace stolen SIM in other states ie Rajasthan circle SIM if stolen (like me) is not available in Chennai, you have to shift all your services to another no. The other service provider like airtel readily issues a new sim of any state in any state(like me).

    @BSNL_UPEast @BSNLCorporate BSNL's service is very poor. If the power goes out for five hours, the BSNL network goes down. The BSNL network only comes back on when the power returns. Doesn't BSNL have a backup generator?

    @InvestorOfJAMMU BSNL net losses (in ₹ crore, per official parliamentary data & reports): - FY 2022-23: Loss 8,161 - FY 2023-24: Loss 5,371 - FY 2024-25: Loss 2,247 (first back-to-back quarterly profits in Q3/Q4) FY 2025-26: Full results not released yet (FY ended Mar 31, 2026). Q1: Loss 1,049. FY 2026-27: Too early; no data. Budget allocations support revival, but BSNL remains loss-making overall.

    @thanikapriya91 Sir/Madam, It is kindly informed that the network connectivity was down at Arakkonam HO since morning on 08.04.2026. The issue was escalated and BSNL officials worked on its rectification by replacing the torn cables through out the day after which the connectivity resumed at early morning on 09.04.2026. Inconvenience caused in this regard is highly regretted. Assuring you of best service always.

    @BSNL_KOTD My router taken by Service franchisee in Howrah under mullick fatak and surkikal exchange Howrah is not returned aftsr repairs even in warranty period. The local bsnl exchange people are also not helping me in this regard. I am not given the invoice by service franchis
