You'll receive a Unique Porting Code (UPC), valid for 4 days. Visit a BSNL customer service center with your ID proof, passport-size photo, and UPC code. Fill out the porting form, make the required payment for activation and the first recharge, and submit your documents. After submission, you'll receive a new BSNL SIM.   I don't trust BSNL people, they say a lot but do nothing, that is why both Airtel and Jio are looting the country. Dear BSNL, work quickly, it will not happen just by talking.   @bsnl_care Many requests were not fulfilled. I'm fed up However, BSNL needs to audit this because if an order generated a dual-band or single-band connection, then what was actually served to the customer. This is due to discrepancies in service and, moreover, financial losses. @CMDBSNL
