    frequency of “no Internet” is also increasing. My bsnl number is 01460-294126 and on top it that your coustmer service and local employs are very bad. There is one specific person who is very rude and expect me to call him

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ @bsnl Broadband service has been very bad since last few days at Khairthal, Rajasthan - 301404. Quickly resolve the problem. I have complained twice with complaint number 1056449642. Also the customer care service is not up to the mark.

    @BSNLCorporate I have applied for BSNL FTTH connection with reference number 9000660360 one month back. All the formalities for connection is done. But my services are not created yet. BSNL staff making excuses and saying there is some software issue. #worstcutomerservice

    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR today, i am facing issue with my BSNL prepaid GSM connection, sim not able to register on BSNL N/W. I had a work on you 1503 toll free but he just told me every thing is fine at our end visit local BSNL office with ID proof. What is this? Is KYC issue?

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL PREPAID SIM not working on featured phone. No inoming / outgoing calls and SMS. Whereas in Android phone ( smart phone) the sim is working fine. Called up customer care 18001801503 for resolving the issue of SIM but no response.
