frequency of “no Internet” is also increasing. My bsnl number is 01460-294126 and on top it that your coustmer service and local employs are very bad. There is one specific person who is very rude and expect me to call him

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ @bsnl Broadband service has been very bad since last few days at Khairthal, Rajasthan - 301404. Quickly resolve the problem. I have complained twice with complaint number 1056449642. Also the customer care service is not up to the mark.

@DoT_India @TRAI It is very sad to infrom that BSNL is now totally off. I had complaint many times to the department but no action taken. I had a landline connection no- 228228 in Salmari District - katihar BIHAR. But it is not working sence 2 years. Kindly look into the matter.

@BSNL @MIB_India @TRAI To stop/cancel/disconnect the BSNL landline phone at our home, I had put an application at the BSNL office on 22nd March, 2022. Also, I had submitted a cancelled cheque to receive the deposit amount.

Hi @BSNLCorporate I have taken a broadband service, 6 months back but from last two months it is not even working. Have raised complaints three times but no one contacted me to resolve this. I am just irritated, if you can't provide the service just remove it. #BSNL #BroadBand
