@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ @bsnl Broadband service has been very bad since last few days at Khairthal, Rajasthan - 301404. Quickly resolve the problem. I have complained twice with complaint number 1056449642. Also the customer care service is not up to the mark.

frequency of “no Internet” is also increasing. My bsnl number is 01460-294126 and on top it that your coustmer service and local employs are very bad. There is one specific person who is very rude and expect me to call him

@MarkRober Yesterday I got a call from Kolkata where the scammer was pretending to be customer care from BSNL and he told me that my sim was going to be blocked. He tried to social engineer me to get my card details, I immediately cut the call. Indians get scammed too.

Your airtel service is worst than bsnl service , your engineer don't have wire , no dp point they only need Happy code n make customer unhappy. Customer care support is also poor with no coordination between team members n ground team .

@yupptv_scope First they give 30 days trial then when you want to unsubscribe they are rude. After 3 months managed to unsubscribe bt was charged double, ie 129 x 2 in bill. Nw my status is unsubscribed but still I am billed by BSNL. Both @BSNL_MH and @yupptv_scope looting pple

I tried to reach out to nearest @BSNL_KOTD office in Budge Budge and the executive is saying the employee is out of office for 10 days from 1st of may, and till now they don't know when he will come back, in 10km radius we don't have any office, please fix this problem. #BSNL
