But Regional office is not even taking my request seriously and tried many times to reach out customer care as well but they are also saying leave it as it is and disconnected my phone now I am stucked what to do and what not is this the way #bsnl does harrasment?

@techbharatco Same in Kanpur. I have seen people cursing Excitel all over internet but for me it has been the best ISP so far. Consistent speeds, negligible downtime & fast support cuz of having tie-ups with local cable operators. Comway, digitech, Bsnl, Rcom, Jio fiber etc were all terrible

@ayusshsanghi The government will never provide resources to BSNL to stand against these giants. This was a planned move to destroy all the players and make rules by themselves.

@datta_arvind If Vodafone Idea shuts down & BSNL remains sidelined, Jio & Airtel's duopoly could dominate Indian telecom. Expect higher tariffs & fewer consumer choices.

@BSNL_UPEast Don't switch it's a emotional trap by invoking Nationalism In reality there is neither service nor uninterrupted network by BSNL plus there is no grievance redressal mechanism Before you shift or buy beware
