    @BSNL_RJ i had opted for bsnl FTTH service online. for last four days i m calling the individual to lay the ofc line which is 200m from the site. he is not even interested even when the connection is approved and user details recd. i think i made wrong choice

    @BSNLCorporate Please help me downgrade my Fiber plan from Fiber Premium (999) to Fiber Entry (329). I tried doing it in bsnl self care portal but it supports only upgrade not downgrade. I would appreciate the help, Thank you.

    @BSNLCorporate Also BSNL TOWER NETWORK IS NOT WORKING PRODUCT IF 4G CONNECTIVITY IS STABLE OR MINIMUM 3G COVERAGE IS GOOD THEN WE ARE FINE BUT NOT YET
