    @bsnl_care Complaint has been generated several times in past but private ISP contractors working with BSNL are behaving like goons and not addressing issues properly how can BSNL overcome this @GoI_MeitY

    @BSNL_UPEast I recharge bsnl prepaid mobile with Rs 153 via online platform, amount debited but no confirmation of successful recharge received on bsnl number. Tried reaching out customer care but failed to connect. Can you help?
