    @BSNL_HR prompt response was promised by BSNL corporate. No one even bother to call even after 24 hours .. what a response... This is Real BSNL... @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR 0180-2651239 broadband not working for many months

    There is #nocustomerservice in #airtel. It is always poor and now they are stuck with #lowerstandards. #poormanagement Even the BSNL network covers the city but the Airtel doesn’t.

    @BSNLCorporate dear sir internet speed of bsnl 3g is not coming. It is less then 2g and also 3g network fluctuate. So plz provide 4g service in our area if your budget is not of 4g then provide full network of 3g.iam not able to do work at home using ur net.

    0180-2651239 broadband still not done .. i have paid for last six months without any use ... even promise of prompt action by BSNL have no effect till now .. It is really BSNL @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate ... sir improve service

    @CRED_club You guys can’t update address, nor do you let us cancel an order. Your customer service seems as disinterested as Ozil under Umery. Need to allocate some of your marketing budget to customer service. Otherwise you guys are just BSNL with a cool UI

    @AshwiniVaishnaw BSNL app fail-No recharge after successful payment.Customer Care service fail-No attended after several attempt.BSNL does not care for time,money or emergency of a customer. Whether I should attempt indefinite hours to register complain! Do something, sir.

    @BSNL_RJ I registered a complaint for phone no. 0291 2740250 on 1st Oct. The phone is still dead but I received a message from BSNL that problem is resolved. How they do it without attending? Please look into the matter and do not close complaint without working on it.
