    0180-2651239 broadband still not done .. i have paid for last six months without any use ... even promise of prompt action by BSNL have no effect till now .. It is really BSNL @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate ... sir improve service

    @BSNLCorporate dear sir internet speed of bsnl 3g is not coming. It is less then 2g and also 3g network fluctuate. So plz provide 4g service in our area if your budget is not of 4g then provide full network of 3g.iam not able to do work at home using ur net.

    There is #nocustomerservice in #airtel. It is always poor and now they are stuck with #lowerstandards. #poormanagement Even the BSNL network covers the city but the Airtel doesn’t.

As of August 2025, BSNL added 1.38 million subscribers—surpassing Airtel—thanks to cheaper plans and 4G expansion, while Jio led with 1.95 million. Persistent high tariffs without inclusive options could trigger another shift, but BSNL's service reliability will determine retention.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Unless BSNL people change their mindset, their service will not be consumer friendly. First of all, whatever service is running will have to be equipped with standby power plant, otherwise as soon as the main power goes off, the consumer even craves for a voice call.

    @BSNLCorporate This is a request to the BSNL technical and support team that they should start at least proper 4G in Lucknow so that we customers do not face so many problems and we can take advantage of it and take a step towards the indigenous network.

    @bsnl_care Whenever there's a power cut in my area, the BSNL network goes down, while the Airtel and Jio networks are always there, whether there's a power cut or not.
