    @BSNLCorporate dear sir internet speed of bsnl 3g is not coming. It is less then 2g and also 3g network fluctuate. So plz provide 4g service in our area if your budget is not of 4g then provide full network of 3g.iam not able to do work at home using ur net.

    @BSNL_HR prompt response was promised by BSNL corporate. No one even bother to call even after 24 hours .. what a response... This is Real BSNL... @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR 0180-2651239 broadband not working for many months

    There is #nocustomerservice in #airtel. It is always poor and now they are stuck with #lowerstandards. #poormanagement Even the BSNL network covers the city but the Airtel doesn’t.

    0180-2651239 broadband still not done .. i have paid for last six months without any use ... even promise of prompt action by BSNL have no effect till now .. It is really BSNL @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate ... sir improve service

    @tataplayfiber It is almost 72 hours now and still no visible actions to restore the network. All the WFH professionals in our area are suffering and now, we do not have any other option other than inviting/migrating to ACT/AIRTEL/BSNL

    BSNL fiber down from 2 days and yes after repeated calls and complaints there's still no response from @BSNL_OR @CMDBSNL Are we doing enough to compete with the private players? You guys have much better bandwith and connectivity, where's the enthusiasm??

    @abhijitviktor @BSNLCorporate For FRP I guess... According to head office bsnl would launch 4g in Pune later this year in December.. Right now no 4g network in any metropolitan cities in Maharashtra..

    @BSNLCorporate hello BSNL, is BSNL-Goa a living entity? Or it’s a Deaf and dead one??? Complaint raised for 08322462965, is still not resolved and the number is not working. The only thing received from BSNL on time is MONTHLY BILL and REMINDED to pay. Why pay for a DEAD service?

    @BSNL_JKD @BSNLCorporate I always pay my #bsnl bill online through payment Apps... this time unable to see my bill on any payments App... checked 3-4 Apps... can't SEE bill there so can't PAY... kindly help

    @BSNLCorporate my bsnl fibre no. 0532-2973217 Very erratic internet. Too much buffering. Many times no internet. Please help otherwise I will switch to other ISP.

    @GuptaPragnya Government run institutions (don't know why they are in business to start with) are all over staffed, can't fire thus complacency and pathetic productivity rules. Zero accountability & service quality horrible...be it electricity, bsnl, air india(!) We have some gems in karntakae

    When Airtel Vodafone Idea and Jio started increasing the price of their tariff people started taking BSNL because BSNL was giving internet and calls at cheap rates. But its service and network is so poor that even internet is not able to run properly. @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India
