    There is #nocustomerservice in #airtel. It is always poor and now they are stuck with #lowerstandards. #poormanagement Even the BSNL network covers the city but the Airtel doesn’t.

    @BSNL_HR prompt response was promised by BSNL corporate. No one even bother to call even after 24 hours .. what a response... This is Real BSNL... @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR 0180-2651239 broadband not working for many months

    @BSNLCorporate dear sir internet speed of bsnl 3g is not coming. It is less then 2g and also 3g network fluctuate. So plz provide 4g service in our area if your budget is not of 4g then provide full network of 3g.iam not able to do work at home using ur net.

    @kcsahoo158 @otvnews BSNL govt company & it controls jio, airtels monopoly. I am using BSNL broadband since 5 years in my office. Really fast but speed reduced abruptly any day, sply in rainy days. 1-2 days No internet service. That's why people going for private internet service with higher price

    And my no again revert in BSNL Kerala. Then I have checked with BSNL Rajasthan, BSNL Gujarat all refuse to start the service and guide me to contact BSNL Kerala. So pls start my BSNL service I am not able to physically present at Kerala due to my posting in Gujarat
