I tried all these great telco brands for past 3 years and after my share of fare frustration reverted back to our old BSNL. My sincere gratitude as customer!!

No option but to get it disconnected as there's no point in making regular payment for this hopeless service.

Neeraj ji, BSNL may not have much retail business,but it provides backbone to all the mobile companies. Hence biggest customer of switches etc.
