At a very peak time of usage. I have also complaint about this to the concern officers. But nothing gas done. Solve prblm or Discontinued the service.

I tried all these great telco brands for past 3 years and after my share of fare frustration reverted back to our old BSNL. My sincere gratitude as customer!!

Joseph (@panicker16141) reporteddid MNP from Airtel to BSNL on December 2025. If the sim onboarding app of BSNL had issues back then, cannot say much. But it got activated by then with Rs 1 FRC which would provide 2GB/Day for 30 days followed by 599 plan with validity of 70 days making it 100 days.

The issue was escalated and BSNL officials worked on its rectification by replacing the torn cables through out the day after which the connectivity resumed at early morning on 09.04.2026. Inconvenience caused in this regard is highly regretted. Assuring you of best service always.
