No option but to get it disconnected as there's no point in making regular payment for this hopeless service.

They said the wires were in Patna and would be fixed once they reached here. Guess what? They never corrected it till today. Thankfully, I switched to Airtel broadband. @PMOIndia should sell off BSNL or use it only for military and government purposes.
