Neeraj ji, BSNL may not have much retail business,but it provides backbone to all the mobile companies. Hence biggest customer of switches etc.

No option but to get it disconnected as there's no point in making regular payment for this hopeless service.

The matter was raised with System Manager had intimated that BSNL had reported that NSP1 was down in DC Mumbai and the issue was taken up with BSNL Any inconvenience caused is regretted.
