    @BSNLCorporate yet , 1.5 year has been completed for submit documents for return amount --- staff behaviour also very bed And my brother also take place and pay 2000 and next day want to quit plane and also not receive money , this is very bad service of BSNL varanasi location.

    @ZAHID_KHAN101 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK yes. actually they dont care cuz its not a private company. i regret not choosing airtel or jio. Bsnl is so pathetic. Last time also i tweeted and they asked for my details. i gave the details and then nothing happened. The customer is always at his own.

    @consaff I have filed a complaint against BSNL with grievance number 3001590 but still the status reflects to be under process... Please resolve the same at the earliest.

    @BSNLCorporate Didn’t understood. What is meaning here for “ok now” . I don’t see any improvement. This is really disappointing, seriously this much time you guys need to fix. I wish soon BSNL disinvestment government should do. You guys have no shame left.
