    @BSNL_BR Not possible because BSNL mobile BTS is not located in near from my Village, then BTS is must be needed in our Area, then voice call and mobile internet data will be resolved.otherwise no solution.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL team My BSNL Mob no is -7654943085. I am trying again and again to get UPC code. But I am not being provided UPC code. And I am getting this message again and again. UPC cannot be generated as there are existing contractual obligations with your service.
