    @bsnl_care Just wonderful. @BSNLCorporate is so fast at closing the issue that within two minutes they promptly closed the docket. If at all the same speed is observed at resolving the issue, bsnl would have been doing wonders in Indian telecom sector. Shameless bsnl team full of liars.

    @bsnl_care No improvement in BSNL prepaid data service even after repeated complaints. Complaint docket was closed without resolving the issue, while customers continue paying in advance for unusable data services.

    Dear BSNL, every day prepaid customers are being charged for data services that are not being properly provided. Despite repeated complaints and assurances of resolution, there has been no actual improvement in the network issue for over a month.

    @cgm_mh_bsnl My broadband connection (No: 1852-299875) has been completely out of order for 10 days. I am unable to book a complaint anywhere. The BSNL App shows a system error, WhatsApp linking fails, and 1800-4444 is constantly busy. Please register a ticket immediately and resolve this.
