    on one hand everything is being done online and on the other hand despite making the internet facility expensive, the service is of very poor quality, what to say about #BSNL, poor thing it has left India and become like Sevenle.

    @BSNL_UPEast Online agent service at the doorstep should be provided. Bsnl needs to work a little more with diverse calling and data packs. We won't need jio and airtel then. Done
