@BSNLCorporate how exactly is this going to be solved if the plan has not been changed yet? If I have to make efforts to go the CSSC for a simple plan change, i might as well cancel the services altogether. This kind of attitude that BSNL always remains in loss and a burden on taxpayer's money

@BSNL_TN The BSNL landline not working complaint registered at 12th December "128155365951 " But no one turned back to fix the issue. If ask customer care daily they will be esclating next level not understand where they esclating and who when will get it fix ?

@bsnl_ap_circle Have been a loyal BSNL customer for 25 years BUT now helpline doesn't work, no service, bill thru email not being sent, only repeated recorded reminder for bill payment much before due date😠 All nails in BSNL coffin being driven by the department itself

AirIndia & BSNL is Not killed by competition, They R slowly poisoned so that thy shd not compete grow else private players can't exploit position. Congress BJP both R United to let greedy corporates loot ppl by unfair means.We all shd support true real business competition.
