@Dhokchau @VVF47_MUFC ACT better range with the router though. Never needed a booster before I got Jio. Not even with BSNL.

Hello @BSNLCorporate , I can’t see ftth plan downgrade option in selfcare portal. I called customer care and they are asking me to visit bsnl office which is 50km away from my town. This is really disappointing. Kindly help me downgrading my ftth plan. @DoT_India

@BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I recharged my number with Rs 48 but now it says there is no validity in this voucher. While the info on the portal said, 30 days validity. I have ported to bsnl just recently. Please help.

@BSNLCorporate Check internet though connected in highest capacity network available from bsnl H+ Areas ¹mistrighat, barrackpore, kolkata-700120 ²Khardaha railway station ³barrackpore rail-stn. ⁴PostOffice Srirampur ⁵pf3,4 ticket counter, seoraphuli rail-stn. Listed according to importance.
