@BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad No wonder why people who can afford costlier plans are moving away from #BSNL. and They do not believe in service. The staff treat us as if using BSNL is our fault. A service company that does not provide service will have to make a losses. Will they ever learn?

@iamvinodsolanki Rather 4g ,bsnl can approach govt regarding 3g tower expansion .issue with bsnl is not speed its coverage.

Sir, I am trying to port my BSNL No 9451172809 to jio. I am sending SMS to 100 many times but SMS sending fails. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I tried to BSNL customers care but number always been busy. @BSNLCorporate @cgmbsnlupe

@BSNL_MH Last 3 days unable to send PORT message to 1900. Rest SMSs service working fine. Complaint nbr F2101001214 closed without any resolution. Is this deliberately being done by BSNL?

I am not alone facing the issue. The same condition is with @AshokTr25403603. we are consistently paying bills with out services being provided. It's seems there is no chain of command in BSNL. Instructions and request goes deaf ears in local administration.
