    @netplusofficial One of the worst customer serious you guys have. In this digital era where india is moving towards 5g. You guys are still working in 2g. I never seen the customer representative hung up the phone in between the conversation. Worst net then bsnl #netplus

    What a rubbish service provided by @BSNLCorporate.Last two days my office phones disconnected. BSNL telecaller disconnected calls without hearing anything from customers. Only the behavior of @bsnl_ap_circle employees users to move to Private Companies

    Hello bsnl. My Landline phone is not working since 16 months. Every now & then phone doesn't work. Nobody at Haripart & Soura exchage pay heed to our complaint. They don't even pick up phone. Plz look into it. @BSNL_JK

    @PMOIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate Please take steps to improve UCC feature in BSNL Selfcare App. The UCC complaint method in the App is really useless and worst. Bring an option to select the SMS & Calls directly and report it. Please update it at the earliest.

    @BSNL_KTK Bsnl ftth is down from last five days. It's affecting more than 10 families life very badly in our apartment. 5 days for fixing fiber cut is too much . Number 08029586626
