@reliancejio Very sad with jio mobile service. I switched from bsnl to jio 4 days over till date not activated. Customer care response Pl wate 2 more days . All verification done on 20 Jan and assurance given by jio it will activate in 24 to 48 HR which is already passed.

@bsnlteleservice @bsnlupe Complaint for BSNL UP East (Varanasi) I'd applied for fiberoptic broadband connection on 14th Jan,which is not functional even though installation was done 2 days back. Rs.3500 charged for installation but receipt was not given. Kindly intervene ASAP

@CMDBSNL hi sir namasthe i am one of retailer for activations of all simcards and bsnl also i am encourageing people to buy Bsnl Sims because it's an govt company but in our area bsnl 2g signal are good. 4g is not installed in our area pincode 521156.

@DoT_India My number is 9470449615 , I hoped that after Repeated requests internet speed would've improved but it's still bad. Pls if job can't be done, Should I port my SIM to another company?? I think it's a gigantic task for BSNL to provide good speed.
