    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD bsnl is the worst telecom network in the history of india. Pathetic customer service and just annoying the customer. No wonder you're on the verge of being closed down. You deserve to be eliminated from the market.

    @BSNL_UKD @BSNLCorporate i want to know information about BHARAT FTTH scheme. But i am sad because i dialed customer care no. But no information is provided by Executive. Then i called BSNL CIVIL LINES Roorkee .No one is picking up call in the office..

    @adityapottam @BSNL_CHTD Port out from BSNL postpaid service is possible and are not blocked to send the SMS to 1900. This peculiar problem can be due to the Number belongs to CUG or bundled with other group plans. In such cases, first it need to be pulled out. Kindly provide your mobile number.

    @CMDBSNL @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate Sir, BSNL mobile service in Chaibasa having pin-833201 is very bad. Network is not available. Raised grievance several times but no resolution provided. Mobile team Mr Asraf 9470199390 is unable to resolve network issue.

    Cheating with customers. 👇 I took connection on 23/09/2022 and from 1st October 2022 to till today, it disconnects at 10 AM and service resumes at 4 PM on daily basis. BSNL is stealing data / connection from retail customers in office Timing. @bsnlrajasthan @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_KOTD Worst service! We have 2 connection at our office & both are out of order. Registered complaint for both the inactive connections. But, no responce. This is the 3rd month, the connections are inactive. Paying bills every month, but, not getting the service. Shame BSNL.
