    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Pls take action against BSNL as they're charging amount forcefully from customers. I've not received the rebate of 248rs yet even after the fault is from BSNL officer's end. No one bother to resolve the issue and the complaints have been closed without any resolution

    @pib_comm Why BSNL services are getting so pathetic day by day? BSNL self want us to switch and leave their network. In my area whenever light goes. Signal as well Broadband goes. Plz solve this issue. It disturbs my work and no one can communicate me due to no network.

    People are moving towards JIO, Airtel & other companies due to poor service and indolence of employees in BSNL. My Bharat fibre connection is not working since 2 days. Complained on portal too, yet JTO, Vendor don't pick up the calls @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ

    @BSNLCorporate You're providing terrible services. I've not receive the rebate for last bill of 248rs yet. @BSNL_HR @DoT_India Shikha and Pooja BSNL pg section, already knows the issue that the fault is from BSNL PVG concerned officer Rajesh Sankhla but no one taking action against the same.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Have you given spectrum to BSNL? If not, then it's again a mistake of the government. First you delayed 4G spectrum, didn't give funds initially to expand the service or make a better network.
