    @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate I am unable to port out of BSNL. Every time I send a message to 1900, charges get deducted and yet I am not receiving UPC. I want the problem to be resolved today itself as I want to port out. Please contact me on number sent as DM

    Hey @BSNL_CHTD can you guys help me with downgrade of my bsnl FTTH plan ? I don't want to go bsnl office and write a letter to downgrade, this CHANGE OF PLANS option should be integrated within the BSNL app itself not sure why it's removed. TIA.

    I did a recharge of ₹197 in my BSNL sim on 25 September 2021, about which the customer care officer of BSNL told me that I will get free unlimited calls and 2 GB internet data per day and 100 SMS for 150 days but after recharging I found that it is only for 18 days not 150.

    Is the BSNL selfcare app any separate entity from BSNL that the customer care doesn't know anything about it? My transaction failed on the self care app with the money deducted, but @BSNLCorporate customer care doesn't know anything about the app! Pathetic!

    validity which is already running but not received benefit yet. literally I get sick from bsnl support person always saying it's there server issue need to wait for 3 , 4 hours but facing issue from 1 week . Secondly I m in district town of JHARKHAND and BSNL

    @BSNL_TN ,@BSNLCorporate ,on 15/04/2022 i visited YELAGIRI Hills(Tamilnadu,Vellor dt) with my family and stayed for 2 days ,we are using bsnl network ,no network coverage over their.We feld very bad bcz cant able to make calls and receive calls.#touristspot,#bsnl

    Hello sir, last 15-20 ago, in my area bsnl network is giving very problem. We are unable to make a call or attend any online class . Customer care is not attending call. So please have look on it sir. @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate

    A decade back, we had big international mobile operators in India such as Etisalat, Telenor, Virgin and Docomo and domestic players such as Loop Mobile, Aircel, Videocon, MTS, and T24. Over the years, it zeroed down to just four, Airtel, Vi, Jio and BSNL. Competition kills! 🙇
