@BSNL_KTK @w_nirajjha You are talking about 4G, first improve the Bharat Fiber performance.Our Fiber connetion is down again today.This is happeing at least once a month for us. Check how many complaints we made in last 3 months about Bharat Fiber. Very Bad on BSNL's part !!!

@BSNL_MH, @pgm_pune_bsnl Not sure what's wrong with processes but now a days facing frequent issues with BSNL fiber and it takes more than a day to resolve any issues. Can you please help to improve on support please? With WFH norms this support is really becomes headache :(

No one at bsnl is willing to give timeline for restoration of landline. May please look in to the issue and stop mental and physical trouble to a super senior citizen by pune bsnl.
