    **The internet is not working as of now** This is from Sector-6, Rohini, Delhi and when I put the sim of BSNL in other phones they didn't latch on to the 40439, mainly due to the new PLMN ID which the BSNL is using, so not really sure if it will work on older phones..

    @Faxu01031892 @KashmirForecast Intra-circle roaming in J&K is automatic: if your network is down due to floods, your phone connects to another available one (Airtel, Jio, BSNL, Vi) for free calls, SMS, and data until Sept 2.
