BSNL's billing lapse did cost the govt ₹1,757 crore per CAG. The 51 crore to ₹4,000 reduction is an allegation against an IAS officer—needs investigation. Both highlight accountability issues.

    @ghaniahuja Service gaps are real, no doubt. But BSNL is still India’s own telco 🇮🇳. With proper planning for 5G, they can fix these issues and prove the critics wrong. Hoping for improvement soon

    @TelecomTalk It all depends upon its customer service. If you want anything in #BSNL you have to reach out to it's exchange and you have to face these insensitive employees and their pathetic approach.

    @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia my BSNL phone is dead since long. The concept of going for fiber connection, though signed for, has not materialized and I continue to have no dial tone. The complaint closed without results. Phone No *0265-2420369* Complaint ID *114427531*

    @JioCare order number NO00018ZX7YG we got jio installed for home security for having uninterrupted conn, but unfortunately it’s not working on ur network and absolutely working well on BSNL. Can a Senior technician work on it? We need to get this solved soon due to some travels.

    @BSNLCorporate That's really ironic that you are achieving milestones after milestones but people are not getting networks. Forget about 4G even stable 3G network is not available in my area. Also even if anyone wants to use BSNL services the employees are so arrogant that they wont dare.

    @cgm_mh_bsnl Today is Friday & then Saturday Sunday so No BSNL network in Ulhasnagar Kalyan Maharashtra but BSNL is gone off today evening onwards Shameless BSNL No one to answer customer Grievances
