@BSNLCorporate pl confirm does BSNL hqveba will power really serve the customer and nation. Attached screen shot would reveal that even after being in 'Q' for nearly 10 min.not getting connected, every a voice message extend the wait time by a min. Shame

@BSNLCorporate No sir, vendors are taking huge amount in the name of giving fiber connections,taking advantage of unavailability of other fiber networks. All of your officers at BSNL know nothing they just say contact TSP, for everything asked...... Extremely dissatifactory service...

@BSNLCorporate After sales service is also very very bad, speed issues, network down, No one takes responsibility, BSNL officers say contact TSP, vendors say it's from BSNL side, at the end customer has to suffer ...... This whole BSNL machinery needs a big reform...Big change in rules and law

@BSNL_KL No wonder why people are going away from BSNL.I am a new customer,I raised three complaints on speed (changed from 60 to 300 mbps recently), all were closed just like that. And when I called customer care, agent just cut the call. Pathetic service ever heard of
