  @IndiaPostOffice Contact number of post offices in Jorhat (Assam) are of no use. Old bsnl numbers are no more in existence . On enquiry with customer care simply reply "we have these numbers only ". So pathetic condition.

  @timesofindia If one has ever been to a BSNL office, they'll surely know how pathetic the customer service is, the customers are at their mercy. I've disconnected my LL connection 3years back and have still not got back my initial deposit, such is their commitment. Sad!
