@rsprasad Respected Sir, May I bring to your kind notice Why people hate BSNL? I had bsnl, brodband, but its'mostly not working behaviour compelled me to get it stop. Recently I got FTTT fibre, the nature has not chnged. Whole day today it was out of order.

@BSNLCorporate @TRAI I would like to know why BSNL is allowed to auto-debit, and take away customer choice, then harass the customer in this fashion? If not in contravention of your rules, it is both underhand and tantamount to cheating. Please take a look at BSNL's actions.

@DoT_India ozhandaikirapalayam, pondicherry no proper call and data connectivity here in bsnl,airtel,jio.Bsnl fiber only available here is very poor in service.Other fiber providers who had provided earlier have been forced to go out of this area due to bsnl installation people

@BSNLCorporate The issue is that time and again I have told the people who work in the BSNL society that do not burn dry leaves as the smoke enters our homes and makes its worse.We have to keep our windows shut.I also informed them that it is not right to do so and warned before complaining 1/2

@BSNLCorporate When power cuts in our area tower signal goes off because of poor and old backup system in Bsnl ,switch old Sim with 4G Sim thought that it will work better but no 4G network even worst service.Again thought to change in private company sim Dist. Kondagaon Bastar Chhattisgarh

Even while my Data is off,Popups are showing up mentioning that a few bytes have been used and you are charged for few Paise to Rupees.I have taken up the matter with @BSNL Mobile India (Company) but as usual, they are least bothered. STOP SMS to 1925 not working @Trai @DoT_India
