And Your bill is on time every month. When am I calling at complaint center, lineman , they do not resolving my Problem. Everytime they gives Excuses.

Everyone's home, roads are empty, severe water logging. Rail, road movement affected. Power disruption continues. and BSNL is down.

I bought last year a BSNL 5G sim of Kolkata ,west bengal circle but surprisingly there is no 3G or 4G network till today.

India Post (@IndiaPostOffice) reported@thanikapriya91 Sir/Madam, It is kindly informed that the network connectivity was down at Arakkonam HO since morning on 08.04.2026. The issue was escalated and BSNL officials worked on its rectification by replacing the torn cables through out the day after which the connectivity resumed at early morning on 09.04.2026. Inconvenience caused in this regard is highly regretted. Assuring you of best service always.

Joseph (@panicker16141) reported@nch1915 did MNP from Airtel to BSNL on December 2025. If the sim onboarding app of BSNL had issues back then, cannot say much. But it got activated by then with Rs 1 FRC which would provide 2GB/Day for 30 days followed by 599 plan with validity of 70 days making it 100 days.
