    In short #PatnaRains Never seen such continuous rains for over 48 hours in my life. Patna is under unprecedented rains and flood. Everyone's home, roads are empty, severe water logging. Rail, road movement affected. Power disruption continues. and BSNL is down.

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @DoT_India I am using BSNL BROADBAND Service. In a whole month 15 days service are not provided due to technical faults. And Your bill is on time every month. When am I calling at complaint center, lineman , they do not resolving my Problem. Everytime they gives Excuses.

    I can remember the BSNL services when it started losing the market lead. @TheOfficialSBI, I find the SBI similar to the BSNL's footprint. Probably SBI intentionally making it down so that customers find alternatives private banks. #sbidown #nightmare

    @BSNL_BR Please customer ke problem ko smjhye.Mane 6 mahine ka advance payment do baar kr diya during connection time on payment link which bsnl provides.Written Complain ka koi status pata nhi chal rha.Please check complain docket by SDO SD862909. Account pr kuch nhi show kr rha. Refund

    I request you to make the local level BSNL personnel understand the importance of service commitment to the customers and strive to resolve the issues in the shortest possible time. Now, I am not sure when I will get the FTTH internet back. Someone please escalate this!

    @BSNL_JK I am unable to port my bsnl since Saturday as bsnl is not able to generate UPC number. There is an issue at bsnl end and customer care is not helping at all. I am highly frustrated with this issue and no help from rude customer care executives. Pls help

    @TPCentralOdisha hi team, power outage since last 1hr in my locality. Plz help to fix the issue. At/Po- Talmul, ***: Ted , Talcher Subdiv: Chainpal Sub *** section: TPCODL - banarpal sec. we r paying Bills. Repeated powercut isn't acceptable. Bsnl internet is affected by you.
