@BSNLCorporate @TRAI @DoT_India I am using BSNL BROADBAND Service. In a whole month 15 days service are not provided due to technical faults. And Your bill is on time every month. When am I calling at complaint center, lineman , they do not resolving my Problem. Everytime they gives Excuses.

Eg- BSNL sarkari telecom hai but imagine agar abhi sirf BSNL chal rha hota to mostly sb abhi 3G pr hote....

In short #PatnaRains Never seen such continuous rains for over 48 hours in my life. Patna is under unprecedented rains and flood. Everyone's home, roads are empty, severe water logging. Rail, road movement affected. Power disruption continues. and BSNL is down.

@SanjayDhotreMP sir what is the use of gov. Law to port d mobile no. to any network when it is not working with BSNL ... i m trying to port out for last 5 months but it seems they g Had block the outgoing sms to port no. i.e. 1900 ....plz. do the needful...... regards.

@BSNLCorporate Ftth bsnl broadband wifi not working since Thursday and there is a red light on modem . Phone number 05262-298154. Tried both booking the complaint and calling the Gonda (UP- East) circle BSNL executive but no response and action till date from their end .

@BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate Landline & Broadband service in Patna, Bihar under Gardanibagh Telephone Exchange, Mithapur Bangali Road are down since morning. This is frequent problem in this area and BSNL is thinking of revival. Electricity power supply cuts & no link in the area.

@BSNLCorporate Where so many other service provider are available. It looks like BSNL is still in old memories. That's why Customers are leaving BSNL. And BSNL is surviving on bailout from Govt. BSNL is Still not competitive in market and not ready to learn from his mistakes.

@BSNLCorporate This probem has been persistent from the start of the month. Evrytime I make a complaint though BSNL portal, a complaint id is generated and then it gets closed, without my knowledge and I keep suffering. It's sad to see that even @BSNLCorporate cannot do anything about it.
