    In short #PatnaRains Never seen such continuous rains for over 48 hours in my life. Patna is under unprecedented rains and flood. Everyone's home, roads are empty, severe water logging. Rail, road movement affected. Power disruption continues. and BSNL is down.

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @DoT_India Why BSNL is not letting customers Port out of their network. Every time you text PORT<space>mobile number to 1900 from BSNL, it responded back with "Invalid request" and deduct 1.20 INR for every text sent.

BSNL used to charge >10 INR/minute for calls & network was poor. Incoming was paid. People used to call STD after 11 PM. See how privatization changed this industry.

    Hi @BSNLCorporate, Every month around 15+ outage observed. It's very difficult to do office work with BSNL broadband. Today also facing outage since 3 hours, No customer executive is picking up the call. 1800 345 1504 - Not working, please remove this no. #WorstCustomerService

    @BSNLCorporate dear sir, we are continuously complaining at your various offices about the networking issue of BSNL. But no action has been taken against the same yet. We are still in trouble, when there is a power cut, as signals disappears. Please take steps to resolve this.

    No Bsnl 4g In Our Area Till now... Only 3g..its 2021 atleast there should 4G in our area as all other network providers have 4g.... @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate As in my area there is university then also no 4g in my town... Plzz look Here upgrade the towers
