@BSNLCorporate @TRAI @DoT_India I am using BSNL BROADBAND Service. In a whole month 15 days service are not provided due to technical faults. And Your bill is on time every month. When am I calling at complaint center, lineman , they do not resolving my Problem. Everytime they gives Excuses.

In short #PatnaRains Never seen such continuous rains for over 48 hours in my life. Patna is under unprecedented rains and flood. Everyone's home, roads are empty, severe water logging. Rail, road movement affected. Power disruption continues. and BSNL is down.

@AnmolRa13904092 @GulmargSanjaya @Kisanektamorcha Agar private sector ko involve nhi kroge to income & development kaise hoga..(agar koi serious health issue hota hai to private hospital kyu jate hai mostly people). Eg- BSNL sarkari telecom hai but imagine agar abhi sirf BSNL chal rha hota to mostly sb abhi 3G pr hote....

@bsnlupe payment made on 21 August 2021 online. The help line wants me to travel 20 Km to their head office to resolve issue. Else make double payment and raise complaint. They will not check with transaction number. @PMOIndia No wonder everyone is leaving BSNL
