In short #PatnaRains Never seen such continuous rains for over 48 hours in my life. Patna is under unprecedented rains and flood. Everyone's home, roads are empty, severe water logging. Rail, road movement affected. Power disruption continues. and BSNL is down.

@BSNLCorporate @TRAI @DoT_India I am using BSNL BROADBAND Service. In a whole month 15 days service are not provided due to technical faults. And Your bill is on time every month. When am I calling at complaint center, lineman , they do not resolving my Problem. Everytime they gives Excuses.

@AnmolRa13904092 @GulmargSanjaya @Kisanektamorcha Agar private sector ko involve nhi kroge to income & development kaise hoga..(agar koi serious health issue hota hai to private hospital kyu jate hai mostly people). Eg- BSNL sarkari telecom hai but imagine agar abhi sirf BSNL chal rha hota to mostly sb abhi 3G pr hote....

I have raised complaint 3 times and all the times it was closed without anything. The latest complaint no was 1027287232 which was closed without fixing any issue. I am really disappointed with BSNL broadband services provided.

@jgopikrishnan70 Honestly psu banks are losing market share. High end deposits are moving away from them to pvt sector. Bsnl type situation. Due to crowding , they are not able to meet service demands of high networth individuals. And young profls. Added to this crowded ATMs, aging staff . ..
