    In short #PatnaRains Never seen such continuous rains for over 48 hours in my life. Patna is under unprecedented rains and flood. Everyone's home, roads are empty, severe water logging. Rail, road movement affected. Power disruption continues. and BSNL is down.

    @AnmolRa13904092 @GulmargSanjaya @Kisanektamorcha Agar private sector ko involve nhi kroge to income & development kaise hoga..(agar koi serious health issue hota hai to private hospital kyu jate hai mostly people). Eg- BSNL sarkari telecom hai but imagine agar abhi sirf BSNL chal rha hota to mostly sb abhi 3G pr hote....

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @DoT_India I am using BSNL BROADBAND Service. In a whole month 15 days service are not provided due to technical faults. And Your bill is on time every month. When am I calling at complaint center, lineman , they do not resolving my Problem. Everytime they gives Excuses.

    @rsprasad sorry 2 note u here i.e my ph. No. - 01622361836 is dead fr almost 3 months & no 1 at BSNL office is interested 2 resolve it may b due their vested interest 2 prompte pvt. I-net service provider or else. my request 2 U is plz. See whats hapning just under nose at Patna

    Ported in bsnl got signal, calling, sms is ok. But data.! It's almost 4 day and I didn't even see an 'E' symbol of data and I was expecting a 3G with ok speed. Tried customer care.. useless. asked twitter DM .. useless..this is 1st impression @BSNLCorporate

    @kirti_sd He means BSNL should be given 4G, 5G opportunity which he denied/obstructed. Beford his Jio came, BSNL was the only pan india network. Even today I am using BSNL. Private corporates k!lled BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate I ported out from jio, many users are ready to switch there number into BSNL. It's my humble request please work on 3G network's connectivity and mainly your customer care services, which are very pathetic. They don't want to listen and solve customer's query/ complaints

    Dear @BSNL_GJ , there is no service or mobile connectivity in mangaldas area of gandevi taluka near Bilimora, Gujarat... though there are number of towers in the village called antalia . so, please, do the needful because many like me have still been loyal to BSNL.... @DoT_India

    @modified_hindu Little update: In bsnl prepaid, it's 499Rs plan with 2gb/day (90 days),rest is same.BSNL is best as per plan. Once I made formal complaint about network of BSNL, official harshly replied: Get the connection terminated, subscribe to other. Privatize BSNL& save Taxpayers money.
