@TRAI From BSNL network Banking SMS to the number 5676766 is not going from last one month. BSNL is not rectifying this. They are saying it is a general issue and they are asking to try after some time. So take some action to solve the issue.

Just 10gbps corporate customer of Airtel would pay more than one full district retail cust of bsnl
