    @Uddeshya_singh4 Dear Customer, Satelliete phones are not banned in india. However, the use of unauthorized satellite phones without the required permission is prohibited under Indian regulations. BSNL provides authorized Global Satellite Phone Services (GSPS) to eligible customer as per Department of telecommunications (DoT) guidelines and applicable verification procedures.     @bsnl_care Posted via #Airtel sim 4m the same location as givn in the previous posts. It's 16:50 & #BSNL 4G network was available only 4 few minutes but b4 I could finish composing this issue, it vanished completely. Since BSNL data network vanished, so I posted via Airtel network. Pathetic

    Bsnl always boasts about Digital India in online platforms. But they are in that era where we still have to write physical letter for bharat fibre plan change. They have option to request plan change via whatsapp chat bot, but their staffs don’t even have any idea it exists. It’s been more than 10 days after I raised a plan change request via @BSNLCorporate whatsapp chat bot. The local staffs don’t have any idea about the request. They told me to write a letter in white paper and send it to them on their whatsapp number. When we contact customer care they just answer like if the plan didn’t change automatically after 2 working days please visit the nearest office. I have been a longtime customer of Bsnl, have used all your services from net one dial up to broadband and bharat fibre from the beginning. You have one of the best fibre network in rural areas in our country, small things make big real life difference please improve your service @BSNL_KL

    This Service is allready going on in india. through "Imarsat" Satelite, own by Govt of India. Since last 20 to 25 Yrs. ago, it's Hand set is available in International Market in 40% Cost of present BSNL Cost. Not understand what New in This presentation ? BSNL Need to

    Worst customer service by BSNL! No one answers the customer care helpline. My SIM was successfully ported, but it still shows No Service. Completely frustrated. Please resolve this issue immediately. @BSNLCorporate #BSNL #CustomerService #NoService

    @bsnl_care Thanks.. Unfortunately I have already ported from BSNL to Airtel few years ago just because I am having issue in Roaming at Mumbai & NCR Once there is a seamless roaming comes in.. I am eager to get back to you
