@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ I recharged ₹997 plan with 150 days validity while my ₹2399 plan was still active. Instead of starting after expiry, BSNL activated it immediately, causing loss of benefits and less 1 day. Please resolve this issue. #BSNL #BSNLComplaint

No response from BSNL even after sending email regarding refund of security deposit for my closed copper broadband connection. My old copper broadband connection was closed during migration from Masab Tank to Bandlaguda Jagir because copper service was unavailable in the new area. As suggested by BSNL, FTTH connection was activated successfully with the same account details. However, the refundable security deposit amount is still pending. Requesting @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt @DoT_India to kindly look into this issue and help process the refund at the earliest. I can share connection/account details through DM if required.

@ugramveeram123 @RShivshankar Also BSNL should be privatized & should be put on sale...govt is not supposed to do business...BSNL is not able to roll out countrywide 4G...they are still struggling to get 5G modems they can never survive & will only leach the money...

@gauravh1 Interesting move by BSNL. SIM-less FWA is a smart play for fixed deployments. From a network architecture perspective, skipping USIM-based authentication for FWA makes sense when the CPE is stationary. No handover complexity, no roaming scenarios, no need for traditional subscriber identity management. The real question is what they're using instead. Certificate-based auth? IMEI-based provisioning? Each has different security implications. Most FWA deployments globally still rely on SIM-based auth (even Jio AirFiber and Airtel Xstream). Going SIM-less at scale is genuinely bold. Worth watching how this scales. SIM-less = lower deployment cost per subscriber, which is exactly what BSNL needs to compete on price in rural India.

@ModiKremil Hi, To port your number to BSNL, first send an SMS with the message PORT {space} your mobile number to 1900. You'll receive a Unique Porting Code (UPC), valid for 4 days. Visit a BSNL customer service center with your ID proof, passport-size photo, and UPC code. Regards, BSNL Care (Avantika)
