@BSNLCorporate your JTO won't show up during the 24 HOURS Internet was disconnected, he comes AFTER it resumes, says "I cant go 2 past & fix it" is this the "prompt action" u assure your customers? Duping us of our hard earned money? Never gonna recommend BSNL to ANYONE.

@BSNLCorporate But my mobile phone contains BSNL sim card, i paid money to bsnl! When will @CMDBSNL and @CMD_MTNL stop passing the bug and actually own up things? Your service levels, customer satisfaction is just amazing!

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR I'm hving regular issues wid my Bharat Fiber. Most time internet will be down or very low speed which is given in my plan. I've 899 Plan, please help to change it to 699. Tried using BSNL SELFCare, but unable to get new plan list.

The most bogus service of BSNL has been running for a week now with SIM card and has not started yet. Every day they say it will not start for two hours and it will not start for twelve hours. @BSNLCorporate
