Day 3 and there has been no permanent resolution from @BSNL_HR. There is no point in having customer care, technical guys when the service is the worst. Don’t understand how do people adjust themselves with being below average. Typical BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate Where is the action ? No improvement in internet speeds occurred even after many days of this complaint. Network is full and phone shows H+ but still very low internet speeds. How internet is this slow even with good network ? BSNL internet is unusable in this place.

@BSNLCorporate @kstanzinladakh They are asking for reliable 4G service. BSNL does not have it, so what grievances will you resolve? At least, provide 3G services in border areas of Ladakh.

@airtelindia Worst service by airtel.. i applied for porting my number from BSNL to Airtel.. this MF cancelled my porting and I lost ₹300. I will port to another sim . Pathetic service

@BSNLCorporate Dear sir BSNL BTS frm last +6months is in shutdown due to nonavlb of DG and network operated through Manpur BTS(as per bsnl official)previously when power avl that time it was availble. But now hardly in a day we r getting 3-4hour network. Berason is the nearest village of BTS.
