    @bsnl_care I hav already so many complaint numbers that your people have closed by giving some random remarks.Upon that I am also at loss of losing my recharge of Rs. 997 which has a validity till August 2026 almost, as I will port out.I am a real supporter of BSNL but not the lie.

    12/ But the fiscal cost is huge. Analysis shows BSNL spends 4 to 5 times its revenue just on salaries for staff maintaining outdated technology. This is money that could have gone into building a modern 5G network or high-tech manufacturing.

    @TelecomTalk The people selecting SWITCH TO BSNL option are either making a mockery of this poll or they absolutely have no idea of BSNL service quality and network. Dreaming BSNL to compete against Airtel, Jio & Vodafone is just wishful thinking. Nothing else.

    @bsnl_care This is ridiculous! I bought the SIM from the BSNL Office in Rourkela itself. All formalities & eKYC were completed by ur BSNL employees. Why should I visit the CSC again for an activation issue on ur end? activate my SIM today.Otherwise I will report it on the CPGRAMS portal.
