Tried to call the BSNL helpline number for complaint booking, but call is not connecting. Tried to register the complaint through web, but that is also not working. Sending the screenshots from the web page. Kindly verify it & help me create a new docket as soon as possible.

I am a BSNL customer and these messages came to me. A man talked to me next day and demanded documents. I denied and told him fraud. He immediately cut down the call.

@BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL, From past 1.5 month my internet is not working, last tym i complained about the same bt i got msg "Your complaint booked in BSNL complaint portal with docket_no KRK/CO/2021/2759 dtd 25/02/2021 is resolved." without attending the issue. Phn no.8242271324

@gujratlion @gautamseth9 There is one more case. Tejas Networking . There Receivables from one Single Govt entity is very high.i.e from Bsnl. But in this quarter they have manages to bring it down
