I have opted For BSNL FTTH Broadband. On 4th of June It *** installed. I faced some issues like net down but for a very small time. Iverall my experience was good. But day before yesterday(25 June) at around 1 am at Night my Net was Down.

@rsprasad @samirsaran You can check all my complaints reported on Ph: +04554-265941 And the way it's handled for past 45+ days. I pay my bills and govt pay salary for all these kind of service we expect from BSNL ? That's why the organization is blamed for the poor management skills and services.

@BSNLCorporate For the past 3 months, when power supply shutdown BSNL mobile network also shutdown in my place. The tower 🗼 has not connected with external power supply. When will the problem resolved in my native. Kunnam, PERAMBALUR 621708.

@rsprasad @samirsaran Hello Sir, I have an issue since 1.5 Months and it's not solved or revised. I don't understand how the public service of BSNL works. I have raised a concern since 10th of May and it's not resolved till date. All mycomplains are closed without a resolution or feedback.

@BSNLCorporate @rsprasad I gave a complain about money deducted two times for same recharge on 26 th May but no action is taken till date.The illiterate BSNL twitter handle instead of sending DM was asking my phone no in twit.Shameless,useless,low graded bsnl must be closed down
