    Ported my number 9470994799 from airtel to Bsnl but if any body calls me it replies that "my number is either switched off or out of coverage area" even my phone is showing full network, @BSNL_CG_Circle @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate Why there is no option to downgrade a plan in the self-care portal for BSNL FTTH? A customer support executive is asking me to contact the nearest BSNL office which is not possible in this pandemic. I want to downgrade the plan from Fibre Ultra to Fibre Premium.

    @BSNLCorporate Hi BSNL team, Still internet is down for sohav block, ballia, UP. It's intermittent issue and find internet down maximum time. 2hrs. Is uptime for BSNL internet, can you check on this and fix this ASAP?

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt @JioCare Iam trying to Port from Bsnl to Jio from 3 days but still UPC code is not generating from bsnl side ! I kindly request concerned authorities to respond with SOLUTION.
