    Ported my number 9470994799 from airtel to Bsnl but if any body calls me it replies that "my number is either switched off or out of coverage area" even my phone is showing full network, @BSNL_CG_Circle @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_GJ @TRAI @PMOIndia The problem of data is secondary.. if you provide 2g or 3g bsnl to 99.9% coverage it's the worth it. We not want to fast internet. We want stable internet and stable call network. Can you provide this?

    by 19th of August, 2026 but as I reached home I have inserted by BSNL SIM into by mobile it network remain for 1-2 min then it got invisible. I have talked with your customer service over the call the main reason I want to know am I need or required to make some (2/4)

    @Ajaykumaarji @BSNLCorporate Whn internet started initially I took the BSNL connection. Horrendous connection. Ad the bsnl oldie line men were entrusted wth resolving issues wch they wr alien 2. I being a tech had to chip in nd help those poor linemen 🤦 Later i switched to ACT. No looking bck since then

    @bsnl_care I have already registered a complaint with BSNL Care and provided my complete details earlier. The complaint is already under investigation. Please verify the existing complaint using the details already provided and check the reported 4G performance issue accordingly.

    @Ayush_Ishaani @BSNL_BIHAR A humble request: Before switching to BSNL, please check the BSNL network in your area. In my opinion, don’t switch to BSNL without checking the network coverage first. I have personally been struggling with network issues for the last 8 months. Complaints are registered, but there is still no proper resolution. The complaint is taken, but the actual problem remains unresolved. So, please check the network in your area first and then decide whether to switch to BSNL.

    @bsnl_care What is big deal Bsnl ? You just need to share if you have network available at 400093,MIDC, Andheri East area. Currently its not there. please reply me immediately

    @TRAI Slow internet, poor network coverage and inadequate plans are already frustrating users. Pvt. players are steadily increasing prices, while BSNL and the GOI appear to be failing users. With TRAI turning a blind eye, are being pushed toward a private duopoly?
