Ported my number 9470994799 from airtel to Bsnl but if any body calls me it replies that "my number is either switched off or out of coverage area" even my phone is showing full network, @BSNL_CG_Circle @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate I am all good now, there was a fibre break inside my house. The main point is BSNL should focus on addressing customer complaints. I paid them the amount for their service charge but i expect a better response next time. A request from a customer to its service provider 🙏

@AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia There is a network of Optical fibre in many of the villages, my Village Durveshpur, Meerut is one of them. I asked BSNL for a high speed broadband connection which can enable me to work from my Village. I was told that they would need atleast 20 users.

@BSNL_RJ went for mnp on 17 aug at Bajaj nagar Jaipur Bsnl csc & paid 249 for FRC but till now sim is not activated.1507 is not working for verification.nobody is picking call or replying on whatsapp. Receipt no 20271 date 17 august.

BSNL is old company so you have to be available in every corner of the city. Applied online also for FFTH connection, still no one had contacted me. Customer need to take followup or company will? First educate your employees with upto date knowledge, or be lose make company.
