@DoT_India Is there an SLA for the BSNL to resolve a FTTH broadband complaint ? Why the Bill has to be paid in full when there is service outage for many days ? Bsnl takes their own time to resolve the issue and why the customer has to pay for it ?

@sinhaashutosh50 Sir, Thank you for showing interest to BSNL services but we are very sorry to say that it is technically not feasible to provide connection. No Exchange/Copper network is available in Tata Steel BSL Colony, Meramandali.
