    Is there any regulatory for bsnl service ya bhagwan bharose chal rha hai? It is about to be a month to solve a problem and still waiting for resolution for my broadband. I have already contacted on provided mobile number many times. Ab aap hi batao, kaha complain kare customer?

    @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate Since yesterday BSNL ftth server is down. I called local provider he said it will be available, but till now it is not working. His number is switched off, exchange no one is receiving phone and BSNl customer care no one picks up.

    @BSNLKERALA @BSNLCorporate I am really frustrated with your service as I am using BSNL fiber Wifi and from last 10 days there is some problem with wifi as it is not working I complaint multiple times to @BSNLKottayam but no action has been taken and it's still not fixed.

    @BSNLCorporate after 10 years or more, i have decided to Port my bsnl pre-paid number. Bcoz 3g network is not improved in my area,i am still using 2g network,but plan extension & migration price are so much increase,but services are poor & no improvement. @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNLCorporate Dear @BSNLCorporate still same issue happening. Till now issue in not resolved. Just after powe cut bsnl also goes down. Not even good signal strength. Either BSNL or vender must have battery backup. Even for 2 minute Power cut BSNL signal lost. Why customer have to suffer ??

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL staffs just passing time & no matter of customer issues. Everyone engages in illegal activities. You are unable to take any action after several reminders. your DND service also useless.
