    What kind of pathetic customer service is this @BSNL_MP_Circle @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I called 1503 bsnl mp customer care and asked about validity extension plan and he gave me wrong info 167 plan and actually it's international roaming plan not validity extension.

    @PMOIndia @nsitharaman @JM_Scindia Respected PM Sir, I urge you not to spend tax payers money for reviving BSNL. The officers are still living in 60s when service was an unknown word. They just don't care about the customer complaint. Post responded, but BSNL didn't.

    @optim7s Here BSNL works way better than jio 5G, was better even when jio 4G was there. You can just understand how bad it is.

    @KHURAPATT @JioCare is giving the worst service even my 2G BSNL works better than Jio. But @JioCare are shameless raised the concern many times but no one listens. This is new India where businessmen take money from us and give to the party fund and no rule regulations for consumers
