  @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate I have provided all the details to bsnl but still they didn't refund the security deposit. Raised this issue on 31st Jan on twitter but haven't got any resolution yet. Why do you call security deposit as refundable when you are not paying back amount?

  @BSNL_KTK One of the worst and substandard ISP who operates in Kodagu.Their agents does charge 5-6k just for an installation and from the day one BSNL management charge But never ask how their connection perform or crosscheck weather their agent provided proper service or not.
