    @bsnl_care @NarendraKr1993 @BSNLCorporate They promised to upgrade in August 2025, but nothing has happened yet. So, should we just keep recharging their SIM until then? I've now ported from BSNL to another telecom provider because of their network.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ , It's been ALMOST 20 DAYS since I first reported this issue and still ZERO network, ZERO internet! A BSNL tower is literally just 900 meters from my house, yet your so-called "coverage" is completely fake.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR @DoT_India BSNL Fiber user for 3 years. Internet goes down frequently, sometimes for 5-6 days. Red light blinking issues are common, and local support is unresponsive. I'm a student and my online classes suffer because of this. Please take action.

    @bsnl_care "Simply ignore them" is not a solution. By that logic, BSNL can send unlimited unwanted messages and customers should just keep ignoring them? I complained because my inbox is being flooded with repetitive promotional SMS that I never requested.

    @bsnl_care Once again, thanks for getting back to me regarding my issue. Please maintain this level of customer service with all customers of @BSNLCorporate then only #BSNL will become number one #telecom service provider in our country as it was earlier long long ago. Jai hind 🇮🇳

    Went to my nearest @BSNLCorporate office for a new SIM. Was told they can't issue one as the staff member responsible is on crop-harvesting leave. In an era when pvt telcos deliver SIMs to your doorstep. BSNL won't issue SIMs even to walk-in customers. No wonder it's failing.

    @iamshreytyagi So, why complaint over here either choose different service provider like Tata Play or ACT although, or just go with BSNL BharatFiber which is working really well lately.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw add to that the customer care lady/supervisor cuts the call saying they need 3 working days while the lady who received the complaint on 29th promised to attend it on priority. we do not wish to port number to private services, it appears BSNL doesnt want that?
