    @BSNLCorporate you what's the improvement bsnl should bring is customer connect service as such i created a complaint and got a response 2 weeks after. Also the ecosystem of FTTH network issues are a huge burden. Many times in a month connections get loss signal.

    @BSNLCorporate Since last 2 days Net Service is down. This is become quite frequently for BSNL Fibre Connection. Almost 2 times in a month we face this problem. Rent what we pay for your service is one of the highest in the industry. Seems we need to shift to alternate vendor.

    @Thor_baba_420 @BSNLCorporate Wohi yaar! Govt. Khud nehi chahata BSNL jaise age jaye aur customer service better kare.. thats y pvt party are ruling and its not that BSNL plans are at subscribed rates. Plans v bsnl ka same h almost to other operators but still itni ghatiya service 🙏

    @BSNLCorporate No response received yet even after giving all details soon after it was asked. This is how an issue is being handled. You guys only say "Sorry for inconvenience" but never feel the same. I am pretty sure that even you guys don't have BSNL connection for your own.

    @panditdeep1990 @BSNLCorporate Including today 12 days passed since they had not rectified the signal issue in our área even @DoT_India had highlighted the matter tô BSNL but no response till now 😑

    @BSNL_OR @MIB_India @BSNLCorporate BSNL broadband connection gets interrupted and remains down time and again. When I complained to the SDO, he said, you better have a backup. When I said I have never missed paying on time he says with sarcasm, "How much money do you even pay".
