    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @OfficeOfRSP local service provider is also not attending the call and threatening me not to register complain with bsnl. In that case he will not resolve the issue.

    @BSNLCorporate @UNinIndia @moesgoi Very worst service👎👎.. Agents are technically not capable enough..Customer care service guys doesn't bother at all about the issue that end user is facing..There is no proper response and resolution from any Team of BSNL.. Poor service ever seen..

    Will your service EVER return to that meant for the 21st century? When "198" is used and a complaint is lodged the STATUS plays "WORK in PROGRESS" for EVEN 3 MONTHS. What the HELL for is 198? Your website is FULL of HOLES and it never works. BSNL STD EXCHANGE 469 is PATHETIC.

    @BSNL_JK @BSNLCorporate It is there any possibility of getting better connectivity of BSNL network in District Ramban It is digital era all network are on swing except so called BSNL it is always in searching mode which make BSNL customer disappointing.Last option is portability
