Hey, @BSNLCorporate Our landline and broadband are down from last 1 week, this is 2nd time we are facing this issue in 2 months. Every month is a new issue. Tho local bsnl team is not working as per the situation #BSNL

@livemint A simple sim change process took me 4 hours in office. The same thing in airtel took 20mins. Lodged a complaint for jio fiber at 1150pm. engineer from jio was at my door step by 9am next day. Solves the problem by 940am. Can't expect such good services from BSNL.

@BSNL_PB Felt pity, I understand why BSNL is lagging behind, No one bothers for new customers. I want to book/install BHARAT AIR FIBER at my home. But there is no way to book the same. I tried all the ways, Visited BSNL office but nothing... Is there anyone who can help?

@subhaash2012 He saying for Jio today BSNL is in worst condition, V! 36% have acquired by Government of India, CellOne tariffs are cheaper in compared to Jio & within September 2022 BSNL 4G will AVAILABLE in entire 🇮🇳.
