My area Malkapur dist- Buldhana. Customer name- Amol Patil.We contacted bsnl officier also but he is not seriously tk action

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl FTTH is not working from last 3 days. In previous month September also only 17 days internet working . Worst services #BSNL . You take monthly bill of 900 and not providing services. There is always a problem of internet in BSNL. Never got 50 mbps #BSNL

    Hey, @BSNLCorporate Our landline and broadband are down from last 1 week, this is 2nd time we are facing this issue in 2 months. Every month is a new issue. Tho local bsnl team is not working as per the situation #BSNL

    @BSNL_GJ Being government company should provide service with less cost. The BSNL Gujarat circle steal needs improvement. At this level you charge so much how the people use....

    @SayantikaSays Product wise Airtel is good but customer service is pathetic. They don't listen and understand your issue and often screw up working setup. Be careful. BSNL customer service is even more pathetic.

    @BSNL_TN using BSNL number for more than 10 years and thought to port 1 number. While generating a UPC getting msg as "UPC cannot be generated as there is an active request for the change of ownership for this number" Customer care ask 2 go HO which is 75 KM away.very poor srvce

    @Wise Please update your advice to take international SIM for BSNL for IR pack. Now if you have BSNL international SIM then it will not work abroad. Rather you have to carry the normal SIM only. I am facing this issue right now.
