    Hey, @BSNLCorporate Our landline and broadband are down from last 1 week, this is 2nd time we are facing this issue in 2 months. Every month is a new issue. Tho local bsnl team is not working as per the situation #BSNL

    BSNL GSM and broadband- FTTH services are down in orai, jalaun. @BSNL_UPW @BSNLCorporate. Let me know if I should expect it to be fixed in next few hours. This happens occasionally and affects my work.

    @BSNLCorporate Only Sorry No any action...BSNL not Support any Customer anywhare in india..not for me all over india same problem..My problem Aprox 3 month but only Reply BSNL Sorry..I will get the payment and connection turned off but will always remember and will not use BSNL even by mistake.

    @BSNLCorporate Yes, it has been. But I am not able to reset password in BSNL Selfcare Portal (Not getting OTP) or not able to lodge complain online from your portal (showing FTTH service not enabled for this line). Can you please help there?
