@EconomicTimes BSNL? 4G? LoL!! You should sell the corporation to somebody like Tatas for the citizens to get proper service. I have experienced their ‘service’ first hand for several years.

@BSNLCorporate I logged a complaint for broadband being down. Technician showed up after 13days. he was unable to get on neighbor’s building to fix. Case is now closed!!! & BSNL has stopped picking our calls! Meanwhile our broadband is down for 15days.

@BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate I recharged my bsnl 9467981198 number on 12-10-21 by bsnl application. Till date recharge is not reflected. No support is available from customer care.

@KSUDHAKARPatna9 @BSNLCorporate With due respect, I don’t care whether govt. or private firm controls it. What I really do care about is I am a subscriber of BSNL and I would ask BSNL. Even if govt. would’ve been controlling it still it is BSNL who would resolve the issue of their customer.
