    Hello @BSNLCorporate my 78 yrs old father uses Bsnl number , whenever he do outgoing calls he is forced to hear your outgoing announcement promotion which confuses him and he keep saying hello hello thinking someone is speaking whom he called in first place , I called customer care to disable this outgoing promotional announcement offers which we are not interested, but customer care refused to act @TRAI why are we forced like this , what’s the legal way to stop this nonsense

    @CMDBSNL @bsnl_care I also raised a complaint through the BSNL selfcare, but no resolution even after 48+ hours.I have contacted BSNL Customer Care multiple times. They are only asking me to "wait" as there seems to be a technical issue at their end with recharges/port requests.
