    @CMDBSNL @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate no one is listening my Complaint, the staff is irresponsible i'm trying to connect with them since last one month. they have not install the connection. But I am receiving frequent call from BSNL to pay the bills. Whom should I ask for help?

    @vijimn @mansore25 I still use BSNL broadband and it s much better now..i m getting good service only after the government privatised it..Nandini and Amul will grow bigger if they collaborate ..

    @JioCare You Guys Charge Us Monthly 479 For The Recharge and then also don't give us a better service,It is better to be on BSNL rather then on Jio,The Most Disgusting Sim Company Ever Can't Provide Us A Better Service And Then You Guys Are Launching 5G Worst Service By Jio.

    @BSNLCorporate As you have told me to visit Jadavpur BSNL office i have visited but they sent me to Ranikuthi BSNL office but I didn't get resolution from anywhere, now kindly guide me where should I need to go for the same & get the refund successfully. Mobile - 9831236012 & 8335960666

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare , while Airtel Bsnl and other internet service providers are providing services in our area , your service is not available with some govt notification issue. Kindly recheck . Pin code of area: 831004 Telco, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

    So now @BSNLCorporate has stopped to even respond to the customer's genuine grievances? This is really very poor, unacceptable and the worst thing. Very sad state of affairs. @BSNL_TN, would you even respond and escalate this issue to the local level BSNL personnel?

    @DoT_India There is no action from anyone in #BSNL. The power back up issue still persists. There is an expected power cut tomorrow in our area during which the services of #BSNL will not be available. No one in #BSNL Karnataka is bothered to resolve the issue. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK

    @BSNLCorporate Tired of the ****** service provided to customers. Phone is dead every month, no prompt response to provide a permanent solution. Now complaints are being closed as “Resolved” when the phone is still dead. BSNL service getting worst to Pathetic.
