    @Garg_Aditya_ @BaluGorade Government of India already owns 48% of Vodafone Idea. BSNL is 100 % owned by GoI. These 2 companies should tie up for partnership and use each others network infra to serve larger customer base rather than operating independently. Whats stopping that?

    @BaluGorade I have a bsnl office in front of my house, still a network issue. I can pay more for a better experience.

    I took a BSNL internet connection years ago in my hometown. After moving to Bangalore, I asked customer care to close it, they said I must come physically and submit an application. Obviously impossible, so I stopped paying and the connection got suspended. Later I tried to pay the remaining ₹1161, but their portal wouldn’t even let me log in. I forgot about it. Today, BSNL sent me a court notice for ₹1161. Like… seriously? For ₹1161 you’re sending legal notices instead of fixing your website and closing connections online? India wants Digital India, but govt telecom still wants paperwork. 🙃 @BSNLCorporate , @DoT_India.

    @BaluGorade Great question! All these people complaining about lack of choice of airline must realize that they opted for Indigo out of free will and volition even when they did have a choice. Indigo acquired market dominance out of customer choice, not govt mandate. #BSNL

    @BaluGorade The biggest issue is network coverage of BSNL. In some states, we don't get network.....result always showing out of coverage. No one wants to take such risk where getting loss.

    @hafeezkv @Priyaa_Purohit Arre Hafeez sahab, classic goalpost shifting — jab jawab na mile, topic hi badal do. And no, I’m not some govt cheerleader. I just prefer facts over WhatsApp University. This claim that “govt isn’t supporting BSNL” is baseless. Since 2014, BSNL’s got revival packages, 4G/5G spectrum, BharatNet work, strategic projects, even the MTNL merger cleanup. So why’s BSNL still behind? Have you ever thought? Is it today’s doing or a legacy issue? Do you know that between 2010-2013, BSNL lost over 30% of subscribers. Perhaps that’s a news for you. Because for years it was stuck with slow decisions, old tech and heavy legacy costs — while private players ran ahead. Now the plan is clear: make BSNL stable and self-sustaining by 2026–27. 4G rollout is happening, 5G next. BSNL isn’t ignored — it’s finally being fixed.

    @BaluGorade I switched to bsnl 1 year ago , after a month my number is showing unavailable to everyone who was calling me .i raised the complaint but nothing happened,then again i port my number to previous network

    @BaluGorade The duffer forgot to analyse that the primary purpose of choosing a network is strength and availability which bsnl fails in both.

    @BaluGorade Poor service and absolute unprofessional approach. Have faced the ordeal with BSNL.
