@BSNLCorporate BSNL fiber wifi is good ok but when its time to fix the WiFi there is no customer service and yesterday i did almost 30+ calls to customer service and only 1 time he came and fix but it works only few minutes now he skipped to another day wrost service by BSNL

@ViCustomerCare I wanted to port my BSNL SIM to Vi Prepaid but it was automatically selected postpaid which I also didn't noticed and my SIM order got placed. I don't want that Postpaid SIM and want to cancel my order. I would rather choose the pre-paid SIM

@BSNLCorporate BSNL network is the worst network of the moment. There is no contact on customer care from BSNL network, I spoke to customer care from other network, so they always say that there is network issue and it will be fixed soon. now i am doing to port the network.

@BSNLCorporate BSNL FTTH is down since morning in Wardha-442001(MH) and this is happening everyday since the last month. I complaint on Customer care, they registered the complaint but nobody bother to come and check. They mark the issue as solved without checking.

@BSNLCorporate Another BSNL service provider has given a connection in nearby area by for about 2.5 kms.for just 5k. I have been ur BSNL landline customer since last 25 years and a nowdays the speed of broadband is worst.
