    @kallol_bose Dear customer please submit duly filled & signed surrender application to Nearest BSNL CSC for disconnection. You have to to clear the O/s if pending againt the said number.

    @BSNLCorporate Yes. I have switched to bsnl thinking it would be better experience. But paying money and not getting internet is not acceptable. Please send technician soon to fix the issue.
