    @scorpiondeepak Faced the same problem after battling with malwares/adwares pushed by BSNL ISPs. Luckily, posting my grievance on pgportal resolved the issue at the moment with a healthy speed of 80mbps though plan is of 200mbps.

    Bsnl service even 2g is not operational since 2 days in my area ie Kaptanganj, tetahi jamin tetahi area of Azamgarh district and all digital platform is shut down and we are talking about 4g/5g Services of bsnl.

    Land line connection number 0260 2576025, till today not repaired by bsnl sanjan telephone exchange. Complaint is already booked though not repaired.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, please offer an exit offer to all the employees of bsnl. Many younger employees want to explore other options if offered some financial support. It will be more affordable too as compared to heavy VRS packages offered to older employees. @PMOIndia
