What kind of pathetic customer service is this @BSNL_MP_Circle @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I called 1503 bsnl mp customer care and asked about validity extension plan and he gave me wrong info 167 plan and actually it's international roaming plan not validity extension.

@SetsuYuki4 As a bsnl user can relate. It is so **** and I don't know what they have done with thier firewall but some sites just don't work properly on their internet and my new laptop cannot use internet sync for date and time if I connect it with my wifi have to connect it with my phone

@optim7s Here BSNL works way better than jio 5G, was better even when jio 4G was there. You can just understand how bad it is.
