@ritu_inc Well have to keep 2 network Sims, Primary number I used is Airtel & unfortunately secondary number is of JIO ,have no other option, as Idea & Voda or Bsnl is almost Dead in terms of network & service.

@BSNL_OR Complaint number 16003556602 on phone number 0674-2465512 as reported 'resolved' which totally wrong & misleading. My phone is still dead since 25th Jan. 21 inspite of repeated complaints.Web site of BSNL is so manipulated that one can not further registered complain.

@BSNLCorporate Sir, It was half a month ago you promised to reinstall the 3g. Till now no response from your side. We are still waiting. Everything has its own limitations. Either start the 3g service again or stop the 2g tower forever so that we can understand that BSNL has no responsibility.

@JioCare @reliancejio I've placed a lot of complaints to Jio customer care and now I'm fed up of it. The speed Jio is giving is worse than the speed I used to get in 2015 from my BSNL 3G net. It's really annoying when it takes 30mins to watch a 10mins video in 360p even at 3am.

@BSNLCorporate Bsnl is too out of touch with the customer base. Self-care is effectively useless now with no option to downgrade plans. and proper channels?? are you kidding me. This is disappointing.

@PMOIndia Dear Sir, I have complained repeatedly on PM grievances portal and cpgrams regarding my bsnl landline refund issue but I have not received my refund. Please pay atleast some attention to the grievances of senior citizens don't be so stone hearted. Please.
