  @sreeni453 @ashoswai Simply bcoz BSNL is run by government employees with fix pay and too much job security. While Jio is run by ppl who have to go through performance appraisals and perform or perish culture.

  @PKottapilly Ofcourse, service incriment. Highest salary in BSNL, next state electricity boards in all states, same posts comparatively other departments.

  I went there myself and saw it. Hey it's full 3G network. Oh, and in my own city, the 3G network goes off again and again and it goes to 4-5 Days pass slowly. Hi in my home town there are two bsnl network within 3 km please fix my problem.
