    @Airtel_Presence you have really pathetic customer care services!! Neither getting solution in email and no reply in DM. @BSNL_UKD was far better in resolving issues, regretting my descision of SIM port from BSNL to Airtel

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Day 31 of constant complaining. See my original tweet was on 6 Feb. Already sent the required information in the DM. BSNL is making excuses of "installing new machines soon". What will I do until then? I'm getting slow speed. I can't do daily works.

    @BSNLCorporate @MinistryWCD @AmritMahotsav 6 days back I applied for 'FTTH'. still service is not activated. Please tell me how much time it will take and how much istallation charges. I paid 3500rs (my plan not included) to the provider as installation charge and router charge. BSNL office - 431123

    @BSNLCorporate I guess my biggest mistake is to go with the @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR internet service because if my tweets aren't making any difference in service how can I assume that a BSNL employees will help me out.

    @BSNLCorporate I have subscribed to superstar premium plus Bharat fiber plan but still not getting data speed and Ott benefits. I did complain on 2 March but no solution till now. Very bad service from BSNL Now I m want to quit from BSNL. My BSNL No 01275297399

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia Worst service ever received from Airtel. Issues: First SMS and OTPs won't come, and the time for resolving such issues is 7 Days. Same time offered for Internet Issues. Just ported from BSNL. P1

    @ravihanda I agree with almost all points except the Internet. Except for the 2-3 times during road work, haven't had a problem with it in the last 14 years approx. And I've been using BSNL all along (Basic Broadband until 2018 and FTTH since).

    @BalakrishnanR With bsnl its terrible. They ask to call 1909 which is now instead of being the DND complaint number is now apparently the landline helpline!! Ridiculous folks - when pointed out, the reply is - "just try again after 10 minutes" it seems?!
