    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate Hi, I have port my number in BSNL Gujarat circle at BSNL Office vadodara on last Saturday. Today is 7th day but sim is not active. I have paid 250 rs to bsnl Office representative. Network come yesterday but due to recharge not done by bsnl my sim not ok

    @BSNL_AS But we expect the proper step to solve the problem . it is actually very inluck for bsnl and us that within the town area bsnl is unable to serve properly at all.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate We want to downgrade our BSNL fiber plan , but we don't see any option to downgrade it in the self-care bsnl portal. Please help us out in downgrading the plan asap. Let me know if I can DM the details. Thanks.

    @BSNLCorporate @jagograhakjago Issue resolved when visit 2nd day in BSNL office . Your response time very quike 11 Oct and now 20 Oct 🤔. If I was not visited again in your office then my mobile no. still not activated.
