    @BSNLCorporate In August my broadband connection was down for 20 days. This month it is out of order from day 1. Yet BSNL religiously sends bills without taking into account days when no service was provided. This happens only in BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate I fail to understand why BSNL can not adjust the monthly bills for days when there was no service. It is all recorded in their data and does not need any verification.

    @BSNLCorporate Useless BSNL. I am pretty sure the rot is from within. Such a good infrastructure and network connectivity it had, still going bankrupt and out of competition. Foul play all the way. @CMDBSNL simple porting has not been possible Really sad state of affairs.Can't believe this

    BSNL has its own generator. Mobile network, fiber internet, landline services are closed in Patan Gujarat from this morning. This is a very bad situation for BSNL just because of the light cut. BSNL means (Bogus Sanchar Nigam Limited)

    @Airtel_Presence you can't do anything. Shared my number manier times but no resolution. BSNL 2G is better than 4G. We can trust them that 30 KB/sec is normal... But for Airtel sometime 7 MB/sec and mostly it's 0-5 kb/sec. You are taking our hard earned money without providing us service

    Either allow BSNL run commercially viable or revert back as DOT or compensate to pay salaries to poor bsnl employees. NDA policy of denial of 4G to bsnl an indicator of crony capitalism. Whether corrupt or not during UPA regime bsnl was in a better position. @BSNL_Revival_BR

    @BSNLCorporate When confronted, they tell you to visit local BSNL office. They refuse to even close my account. Not even God can help poor BSNL customers.
