@njnrn @ggganeshh Wondering how the BSNL network is working fine for you. I keep complaining and nothing is happening. I can't even make outgoing calls staying in the heart of the city.

@beebomco Why would you make it more complicated. Did you guys forget the recharge cards that were sold 10years ago? They didn’t require you giving your phone number either. I think you should focus on better service for now BSNL🫠

BSNL is refusing to provide my UPC code despite multiple requests, and customer support won’t give any reason. My recharge validity expires tomorrow, which makes this feel deliberate. Blocking a customer from porting their number like this is unfair practice. @BSNLCorporate

@njnrn When was BSNL ever customer centric? You might have had a different view because your mother was working there but I was always left frustrated with their utter lack of customer centric behaviour. They acted as if they were doing us a favor
