If you cant provide proper service/resolving pls get out of our community. We'll use BSNL/AIRTEL. You service engineers say Sir, don't raise SR pls call us directly after calling him. He'll come back after 4 hrs and say pls raise the ticket. Is it not mis leading customer.

@BSNLCorporate Ok. But these small things make BSNL not being in competition with other operator. Please install Battery and also resolved internet fluctuation problem which we are facing since few days.

I just recharged my alternate @reliancejio number for some usuage of High Speed internet, after using I realised it took 1hr to download 300mb !! I feel Better to avoid jio or any of service ,cant see are they fastest or faster compare to bsnl dialup !!

@Smartprix BSNL never. After 10 years, again that will be another bankrupt org. Requiring 40 to 50 thousand cr of taxpayers to pull it out from mess. Absolutely no discipline, no professionalism.

@BSNLCorporate But till now no any action from bsnl site.we are thinking bsnl is a government form, good service for public but my thinking is wrong. Bsnl service is income of self employee, which collecd from public.
