  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN While other fibre connections are available for installation at a minimal cost (refundable) why BSNL outsourcing charges RS.5000/ (for Modem)+wire line cost and it is too hefty on customer. not just that, self service portal doesn't let us update or modify

  @BSNLCorporate @bsnlbroadband Really unhappy with BSNL broadband service. Paying broadband bill every month, but I am not able to use at least 10% of the bsnl broadband. BSNL vendor comes and repair and second day same problem. Please help to resolve issue.

  I had applied for safe custody for my BSNL FTTH 08643-295869 on 14-4-2021 at Ponnur customer service center but they are unable to apply the plan.Booked complaint in pgrams case vide APR/CO/2021/2308, no response . Please clarify whether safe custody option is available or not .

  @BSNLCorporate I use Lan to access internet through bsnl fiber in YamunaNagar, Haryana. Still the speed is slower than Jio or Airtel mobile network. How is this possible?
