@BsnlScp Sir My location at Changodar in Ahmedabad(Gujarat). bsnl's network is closed for 14 days due to burning of feeder cable. Even after complaining the problem is not resolved.

My phone got stolen in Indore. Had two SIM; @airtelindia & @BSNLCorporate . Got Duplicate SIM of Airtel in 10 Min. Went to BSNL office Vijay Nagar, met Commercial Officer, he told for duplicate SIM I have to go to kerala from indore. Worst Customer Service.

@BSNL_UPW Please share confirmation mail for the policy of Rs. 147 recharge. Receiving the call and messages but not the OTP, why ? I've already contacted to your Customer Support, not getting any authentic information. People of BSNL, are not escalating the concern.

@thewire_in Its all centres play...FCI stores n ware houses have been rented out to Adani . So now FCI has just to show its incompetency for a overall shut down for Adani to take over with new farm laws...just as BSNL is struggling with the whose all infra being used by Jio

@BSNL_OR Fibre offline since morning , No network since morning. Location - Tikiri, Dist - Rayagada Reason - No power at BSNL exchange , From local sources - disconnected power due to no payment of electricty bill. Why customer shoud suffer due to negligence of BSNl.

@TRAI sir I'm from a remote village namely Shibpur, North Andaman, Andaman & Nicobar Islands 744202 . we all villagers are facing a lot of problems regarding BSNL connectivity. we took this issue to the local BSNL higher authority but didn't get any solution.
