    @bsnl_care After n number of complaints regarding Poor internet and regular net disconnection and sarcastic replies from the bsnl section officer. we finally applied for disconnection. That too is not processed. No acknowledgement has been received. @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate

    Trying hard to contact the authorities for resolving the issue but on vain. Hope BSNL takes up this cincern seriously and attend to my complaint.

    @airtelindia @TRAI this makes me feel like I got cheated by your network. I got enough with this after my next pack expired I am going to switch to any other network like Jio or Bsnl . Thanks.

    @RaghuRenith @RoofOfTheCar @ScCardoz In a private company always see better service better infrastructure better complaint resolution instead of expecting free and cheap service ! If you can't afford it just leave it and select some other which offers much cheaper ones like idea or bsnl !

    @BSNLCorporate In the BSNL Selfcare app, if you select a UPI payment app, it doesn't divert to the UPI apps installed on the phone; instead, an error occurs. The other option provided is to scan a QR code displayed on the scree. When I complained about this to BSNL customer care,
