    @BSNLCorporate It's been 3 days that bsnl ftth is not working and frequently disconnecting. The concerned person at Raebareli office never picks up the call for resolution.

    @Jitendraqa Sir, there is no BSNL tower nearby the location of the customer.Customer is getting signal on roof from far flung towers but not getting indoor signal. New tower in Baliyana area is proposed subject to availabilty of eqpt & infra & it will cover the customer premises also.Regards
