    @BSNLCorporate Consumers are being cheated with open hands by government company but no one organization or government is ready to take any kind of action Who will be ready to buy the service of BSNL, the complaint is automatically closed after making the complaint @DoT_India @TRAI

    Hey @BSNLCorporate I bought a new BSNL sim prepaid connection from @10digiapp sim shows network signal but for tele verification call could not be connecting, even customer care no. Is not connecting. Please help how to activate my sim. Tried putting sim in other phone as well.

    @Airtel_Presence Got a message saying engineer will visit between 3-4 PM. None came till now and the internet is still down. Airtel is the new BSNL. @Airtel_Presence #AirtelDown

    @BSNLCorporate it’s a high density populated area with lot of apartments. It’s really surprising that there is no tower for BSNL in our area. If we get good BSNL signal most of us will switch to BSNL. Existing mobile networks are just useless and we are living with it.

    There is an employee with @BSNLCorporate , Vishal, in Rampur exchange. This single employee is the reason that has kept me with BSNL broadband for last 2 years. He is in accounts, but helps me getting any issue resolved on a single phone call 24*7 related to broadband.

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI should take action against BSNL and its employees otherwise no one will trust the company bsnl user's are facing problem during 3G service if similar performance of bsnl employees in 4G then company can be totally ruined @AshwiniVaishnaw #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate Again same copy paste response without any resolution. Such a terrible services of BSNL pg section and PVG gurgaon officials. @BSNL_HR You're providing 41rs rebate even after the fault is from Rajesh Sankhla due to the complaint was closed without replacement of Telephone box.
