@BSNL_KTK well I have been using bsnl landline for the last 27 years, recently one bsnl employee, called telling they are upgrading the network,need permission for FTTH, when given, he first cut off landline then came asking for 10k for reconnection.

This seemed stupid. I asked the guy on the phone to provide me local support or I would visit BSNL office. The guy insisted on following the process providing by him. This was perhaps a well performed phishing attack. 3/n

@Raminations Problem lies in Management. Now Union Government has announced at least two players in distribution soon. What happened to BSNL/MTNL will happen to TANGEDCO once competition comes. I'm worried about the banks banks who lent them!
