    @BSNLCorporate and @PhonePe_ It’s been almost a week still struggling to get my recharge done. PhPe saying we have processed the amnt. BSNL is saying "Hamare paas koi recharge ni aaya". Either way I need a proper solution for this ASAP. This is really unacceptable.

    1. Have not used the service from 2nd Mar, put complaint on same date, why should I pay for services not received ? 2. As per employee, issue with upgradation in BSNL, why should I suffer for them? 3. See BSNL reply on pgportal, due to bill not paid, services will not start.

    @DoT_India @_DigitalIndia BSNL Telephone number - 06451-228228 is totally out of order from last 6 months. I had complaint many times but no action taken. But i am paying the bill of every month. Very very bad service. The BSNL is totally out of order in Katihar. Kindly look.

    @BSNLCorporate bb and landline not workg since 2month.bsnl told us to take Fibreconn as they cud not fix it.but today BSNL FIbre vendor Raghu inspected and told he does not service to our place.Hence Iam surrendering my NET. Pathetic #BSNL. PH: 08372-237131,Gadag

    @BSNLCorporate I talked to Nodal Officer.They said they will talk to the provider who does the installation work and called him.On17th may I got a mail regarding service starts with phone no. but still, The BB Fibre hasn't been installed at my home.Such a bad Service by BSNL.

    @NNRAI_Nanda Respected Sir/Madam , Sorry for the inconvenience caused, kindly wait as there is general technical issue in generating UPC .contact over phone any nearby BSNL customer service center for latest update regarding UPC .or even call 1503 .Thank you

    @NetflixIndia Netflix is not working properly on bsnl ftth. All other sites are working perfectly. I tried with multiple dns and there is no difference. Do you have any idea? Please help

    @pavanaja Believe me, I've used their email solution (XgenPlus) and that is the worst, no doubt they use Google mail! There are a lot of BSNL offices/personnel are using the same in official capacity, not that they bother replying or acknowledging to any mails!
