    to the customer Care Of BSNL and tell them the matter then they suggest me to make a recharge of Rs.153 Voucher And After That I Will Able To Got The UPC.I done the same as per the advice of customer care.But After Doing The Same Again Same Message Is Coming Inspite Of UPC (3/6)

    @BSNLCorporate I called the number shared with me. I couldn't talk to the customer care representative after waiting on the phone for long time. Finally I left a message for call back but 10 hours have passed, no call received from bsnl customer care.

    Shame on you BSNL this is the grievance redressal in Patna Bihar.please sell off bsnl if you cant provide service only mental harssment.what is the use of giving salary to bsnl if they are not providing service to customer.Very Bad state minister your Bsnl is SHAMEFUL FOR CITIZEN

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India The worst part is complaint will be recorded in a automized number but nothing will be done later. This apathy towards consumers ia wat has made BSNL wat it is today. Total disrespect towards consumer and their issues.

    @BSNLCorporate No incoming call come to this bsnl Prepaid mobile phone number 9488747390.recharge done before two days. No response from customer care 1503. It's to irritate, also No incoming and out going messages..solve this issues as early as possible.

    Dear BSNL, Happy to know that you & BBNL both are merging but I won't be your customer ever. I took three month plan and I am not getting internet from past 10 days and still there isn't any date till when I will get connection. @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw (1/2)

    @BSNLCorporate I have never been to any outstation trip. Perhaps wrong msgs are being propagated to you. It was BSNL's vendor guy who was out of station and they kept on waiting for him to come & troubleshoot. Not sure why BSNL Dhanbad is only dependent on single person.
