@rvaidya2000 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence BSNL is the least of the evil. BSNL has outsourced service to vendors and sometimes this causes trouble. Management is reachable and issues do get sorted out once escalated.

@varunkrish @ACTFibernet I have tried to so many ISPs in the past in chennai.. you broadband, act, bsnl and airtel. airtel is the best among them in terms of quality and service.

@BSNLCorporate Why on earth there is no option to downgrade the BSNL Fibernet plan on Online platform... Why not provide proper service as all private player do.. give customers complete control as he is paying for that. I have been using fiber Premium plan for more then a year
