@shriya1950 The biggest problem is no other player in the indian market even tries to invest and do these things.Ambani has had one strategy, offer at low price, capture market, raise price. But surprisingly Airtel and BSNL have maintained good market shares. Need other players to invest too

Hi @bsnl_care @BSNL_OR, I bought a new BSNL SIM on Friday. The retailer has already done the FRC recharge and I also completed tele-verification. Still my SIM (8895205015) is not active – no outgoing or incoming calls. Customer care asks to contact retailer, but FRC is done.

@DoT_India The quality of BSNL network and internet is very poor in Thane, Dombivli, Kalyan, Badlapur. Once you enter the society building, the BSNL network disappears completely or is very low and not even suitable for calling or using the internet. 🙄
