I wish that BSNL be privatized by our cabinet like other PSUs because BSNL don't care about the customers @CMDBSNL .shouting for 4G won't suffice. I am only asking for 3G

I have raised this concern on 8-Nov-21, they have activated the connection temporarily, but again this has been suspended.

Pranesh Venkat (@praneshv) reported@news7tamil Unless they solve the customer support, BSNL will always be in debt. Employees especially who sit in customer service desk are useless, have had enough bad experience. At least they should outsource, BSNL employees will never capture customer base.
