    @rsprasad, @BSNLCorporate, @BSNL_CHTD Sir, Greeting of the day, I am applied fibernet connection on Apr26th, yet not get, 15emails, 4 cust. care calls, 5 times visited the bsnl Guduvanchery off(603202) no response.Can I quit my existing BSNL service,and move to private service?

    Worst service..... That's the reason people are opting for private networks. Though @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN has taken over by private, continues to serve the same. Pathetic... #BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate I have a BSNL fiber connection in Bangalore, I wanted to downgrade the plan since I have an alternate connection as well. There is no way to downgrade using BSNL Self Care. Any help regarding this will be useful

    @CMDBSNL @CMDBSNL2 BSNL broadband was not working so i was forced to have BSNL fibre connection on the assurance that it will work. Even BSNL Fibre for which I am paying Rs. 900 every month but services at Paradip Refinery Township, Odisha 754141 are so poor that I am helpless.
