    BSNL officially sent me a technician's contact number by email, but when I called, the person confirmed he is not a BSNL technician and has nothing to do with my FTTH repair. How can customers trust this complaint handling process?

    Booked a BSNL FTTH connection, but I'm already receiving conflicting information. The field executive says I have to pay ₹3,800 for the modem and the router is chargeable separately, while BSNL customer care says both the modem and router are provided free of cost. Please clarify the official policy and assign a proper technician.     @piyush_trades State run BSNL is still in the game. But it is trash mostly. This shows ppl’s lack of willingness to hold govt accountable for the bad state of BSNL. Thus the private duopoly takes over and companies just do their business. Its a govt failure not the companies malpractice.

    Here's why now, and not some other year. Airtel's ARPU sits around ₹254, Jio's near ₹214 — both companies want that number higher to justify what they've spent building out 5G. And the market's down to basically three real players plus BSNL, so none of them are worried about losing you to a cheaper competitor if everyone moves at the same time. One estimate going around has Airtel's 28-day unlimited plan going from ₹319 to ₹419. Jio's daily 1.5GB plan, ₹299 to somewhere near ₹359. Nothing's official yet. But three separate research houses landing in the same range in the same few weeks isn't a coincidence — that's a company telling the market what it's about to do before it tells you.
