@BSNL_KOTD I have a bsnl prepaid number from durgapur west bengal.Using it since long. It was working fine until 5th feb 2023.suddenly showing no network. All incoming/outgoing calls barred. Am in bangalore for treatment. Help me cause number is associated with my pension too.

@BSNLCorporate @amansankla BSNL is a fraud telecom operator with literally ZERO customer care support they think they are GOD working 4 the customers for free as a favor to them. BSNL should be eliminated from Indian market.

Worst services are given by bsnl fiber employees in Sangli dist. of Maharashtra. My internet services have been complete stopped from Dec.22. They have taken modem for repair on 2nd Jan23. still not repaired. 0233-2991899.Need prompt resolution. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @devusinh
