    Dear BSNL Care, With reference to Complaint No. G169178802818, I would like to inform you that my issue has NOT been resolved. It is disappointing that BSNL has marked the complaint as "addressed" and "resolved" without actually fixing the problem.@bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 What exactly am I paying for? In Powai, Mumbai, I get zero network even on the 15th floor. I can't make or receive calls. After recharging, I didn't even receive a confirmation SMS, so I don't know whether the recharge was processed or not. I've been with BSNL since 2012.

    @BSNL_UPW I am leaving near PAC 38 in Aligarh. Not getting signal insight building from last 2 weeks. I have two bsnl no. Unable ro communicate with anyone. Please help. Also unable to sent message to port sim(s). Please provide good signal or port facility. @TRAI @JM_Scindia .

    @bsnl_care Bsnl have no capacity to fix even a ups for years in its own tower. For years, we saw how bsnl works diligently. Don't fool customer by taking complaints and closing next day. For doing this, why getting paid from people money!! Worthless network

    @kapildhama Till we not end reservation real talents leave the place BSNL was a different story who were not working with taking salary, at the end the population wanted a better network went with private telecom companies I have personally seen BSNL staff behaviour, they deserve it

    @airtelindia promotes “Unlimited 5G,” yet customers face a 300GB usage limit, fair-usage conditions and hotspot restrictions. If we pay for unlimited data, why are these limits imposed? Even BSNL and Vi perform better in my area. Poor network and unclear policies have pushed me to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming.
