    @BSNLCorporate Severe network issues at: P/259, Rameshwarpur Rd, Garden Reach, Kolkata 700024 (Landmark: Noori Masjid). Zero 4G coverage here, and 3G is extremely weak/slow. Requesting an urgent site check to improve connectivity in this area. #BSNL #NoNetwork

    @bsnl_care Today I got two more prepaid connections from BSNL for my family members. BSNL needs to improve the 4G network in my area because the 4G signal is not working properly.

    While calling BSNL toll free number the executives never reply nor listens & threatens to disconnect call. This is the status of state owned telecom. Only generating complaint numbers no prompt response for issues. @PMOIndia @BSNLCorporate @jagograhakjago

    Update: On call, I was told my SIM replacement will be done “from Panbazar office”. If the service is closed by DoT, how can it be processed from another BSNL office? This contradiction needs official clarification.

    @TRAI 1.Visited BSNL Kalapahar Office, Guwahati for SIM replacement (SIM lost). Staff refused service and directed me to Panbazar Today I received a call claiming “DoT has closed this service since last month”, which is misleading. Kalapahar office hasALWAYS been redirecting customers

    Dear @bsnl_care I am unable to use internet services on my BSNL number. I called customer care 4 times — the call was received but the receiver was taken away and ignored. Is this how customer issues are handled? Please resolve this at the earliest.

    @bsnl_care You are talking nonsense again.... I have complained that my phone number is not showing on BSNL SelfCare app..... And you are saying network problem solved.... Your team are doing a good job of torturing customers.... It's been 15 days and you are still talking nonsense....
