  My BSNL broadband number is 04342-291362. Could someone responsible enough escalate this issue to the appropriate local level BSNL personnel to resolve issues promptly? I am not paying Rs.590 per month for such poorest service. This is disappointing and unacceptable in 2023.

  @vijimn @mansore25 I still use BSNL broadband and it s much better now..i m getting good service only after the government privatised it..Nandini and Amul will grow bigger if they collaborate ..

  @BSNLCorporate Tired of the ****** service provided to customers. Phone is dead every month, no prompt response to provide a permanent solution. Now complaints are being closed as “Resolved” when the phone is still dead. BSNL service getting worst to Pathetic.

  @DoT_India There is no action from anyone in #BSNL. The power back up issue still persists. There is an expected power cut tomorrow in our area during which the services of #BSNL will not be available. No one in #BSNL Karnataka is bothered to resolve the issue. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK

  @malnadkoos BSNL is closed but customers are getting such gud service with Jio and other pvt players. Most developed countries have such models. If Jio didnt live upto the expectations after capturing the mkt, then u shd point out. Don’t just rant some nonsense.

  @srivatsayb Same thing happened with bsnl. To promote jio more they deliberately slowed down bsnl's progress and made it a complete liability. And when the time came they sold (or leased) most of its towers to Jio.
