    @DoT_India A bsnl telephone wire has been gone using my building (during lockdown), this is illigal accepted by JTO Haidergarh(barabanki) but despite of several reminder to him, no action has been taken till now Plz help to resolve d issue asap

    Tired and frustrated using BSNL internet. Not stable and not providing proper customer support. Even a 30second Status videos take time to load. Please provide your customers with proper stable network. This is a kind request from a user. @MoitOfficial

    @BSNLCorporate By mistake I made a recharge via Google pay on same BSNL mobile number which I recharged 2 days ago. Is it possible to cancel the recharge from your side? I was trying to recharge the other BSNL number.Thanks.

    @TataSky my Internet is down since 3 days and no proper communication from any of your reps till now!! Didn’t want to say this but I have run out of patience, this is crappier service than BSNL now 😞

    @CMDBSNL Sir, there are many sevice providers in my village, but bsnl have very weak signal in this region,this border area is less covered both Haryana and Rajsthan Bsnl tower,but both states are not providing good Bsnl signal quality,pl mounts Bsnl tower in my village
