    @DoT_India A bsnl telephone wire has been gone using my building (during lockdown), this is illigal accepted by JTO Haidergarh(barabanki) but despite of several reminder to him, no action has been taken till now Plz help to resolve d issue asap

    @BSNLCorporate I want to downgrade my bsnl ftth plan but there is no option available there to downgrade only plan upgrade option is there please help me out. My ftth no is 0121-2976216 and my current plan 500GB_CUL of ₹777 and i want to change it into Fiber Basic Plus of ₹599.

    @Shriyanshtiwari @SridharKamarthi @SandeepDhaliw Jio launched 4G before bsnl and is about to be biggest 5G network provider because it is Ambani's bizness to do so.., GOI is made to run country , govt is not suppose to run bizness or industries thus privatization is needed.     I have been using BSNL Broadband from last 1yrs but in each and every day of using i am facing network issue and speed problem @BSNL_RJ @ServicesBsnl and there is no solution of this problem after complaning serval time

    @BSNLCorporate From last 2days, BSNL 3g internet not working in my area Chandrakona Road, WB, 721253. Only 2G working after 28-Mar evening, it hampers my office work a lot. Please check @CGM_WB_BSNL
