When all other networks are provided 4G with better connectivity and super net speed BSNL is fighting to upgrade it's towers.

Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

Only Government sector people are bound to use this network and then CEO of BSNL will say the company is in loss. It should be shut down.

In reality cheating people by charging higher for every plans. Decades old communication towers but advertisement advance. Very sorry state.

Last 20 years from last few years service is very very poor.service and response from thrikkakkara bsnl is very bad. In a year only few months will get service incredible perfomance. This will help the retirees to get tax benefits in 2 years. Now if they are giving as one instalment in 2020-21 then the tax outgoing will be higher. #BSNL #vrs

It's internet connectivity is worst as compared to other network. In kerela it's so pathetic that 2G is also not available with proper speed.

The field executive says I have to pay ₹3,800 for the modem and the router is chargeable separately, while BSNL customer care says both the modem and router are provided free of cost. Because @airtelindia and @reliancejio doesn't seem to work on their service optimization just takes money and find ways to charge more. I am looking to port to BSNL but would like to know if that is even feasible. Not worth it if they can't provide consistent internet while I am gaming and if I have to give up on gaming so better to move to cheaper option for sim cards.
