    Worst service provider of India is @BSNL_JK @BSNLCorporate Whenever electricity goes off, their landline as well as broadband goes off. No power backup. Worst company ever. BSNL’s downfall is because of their service and the employees who don’t care of customers.

    @airtelindia why your network service is very poor at my work place. It's 200 meter from my home. At my home your net speed is very good but my work place it is very poor. Even poor than BSNL. Please improve your net speed else I have to port some other network.

    And till over a decade back BSNL was a 1000 times better than the Kerala State Electricity Board when it comes to customer service.

    I wonder how techno-commercial feasibility of BSNL Tower becomes feasible in kalyanur west from 10 am to 10 pm as a result, BSNL does not work properly? in the last 10 years, @BSNLCorporate could not set up a BTS tower but gave its Towers to Jio to provide its service @DoT_India

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNL_MH : Sir, I’m holding on to BSNL postpaid connection for 2 decades. Suddenly my plan was changed and data services activated. 1952 does not work, 155223 asking me to use 1952. Did try BSNL escalation via email. Got response after a month, no help provided.
