    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Same thing happened last month. Every month bsnl cable cuts due to some reason and after you register complaint their system takes 2-4 days to process it. Bsnl complaint system is laggy and they don't take immediate action and customers suffer.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir Don't u think any amount of money frm Tata or anyone else pumped in, can improve the bad health of BSNL until & unless it improves services to its consumers At present its service is HOPELESS Another way out is large scale removal of ill educated employees

    @M_anand2008 @hemu_yaduvansh1 @Warlock_Shubh In those remote areas people are not going pay such high charges. Moreover, Bsnl is rolling out new towers. In my city Bhind, a new bsnl tower has been installed at a distance of 70-80 meters (although it hasn't started its service yet - waiting for configuration with network)

    Totally get where you’re coming from—Starlink’s price is way above what most rural households can afford, especially since the average rural household income in India is still quite low. But Starlink isn’t really trying to compete with BSNL’s fiber or regular broadband in places where those are available and cheap—it’s mainly for really remote spots where even BSNL can’t reach with fiber, or where existing satellite options are super slow and unreliable. For most people in rural India, BSNL’s ₹399/month fiber plan (if available) is a way better deal, but Starlink is banking on serving those rare locations where nothing else works—even if it means only a small, premium-paying segment can actually use it.

    @BSNL_CHTD BSNL Fiber Internet Service has been frequently disrupted in Ennore areas ( Chennai 57 ) Net service has not been provided to us since early morning today. We expect BSNL to provide uninterrupted service to its customers.

    @BSNL_GJ What to do with Fiber? When 4G Mobile Service is not working properly even going average to poor and poor to bad Quantity. Before few months I was promoting BSNL now I'm thinking to Port Out from BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @MTNLOfficial BSNL took over my mtnl landline as Fibre connection. How has a ₹38912 bill been sent to me for a month with plan of ₹199. The billing complaint number doesnt work. How to lodge complaint . Is this how Govt dept fleeces customer

    @BSNLCorporate I registered a complaint (ID: F052346857090) on 05/06/2025 for Missed Call Alert not working. 24 hrs passed, still unresolved. CC says “wait.” Please resolve ASAP. Very poor support. #BSNL #CustomerServiceFail
