Anup (@IamAnupPall) reported@lalitgrateful Very fair point, but duopoly after prices crashed is still better than an oligopoly before Jio at 1₹/min. The real issue is that BSNL collapse. If govts (UPA or NDA) had properly invested in BSNL post2016, we'd have a strong 3rd player right now, and no duopoly. The problem isn't Jio's success, it's government failure..... I think so..

The government has a telecom operator of its own — but years of underinvestment, slower network expansion and service-quality gaps have meant that BSNL isn't yet a realistic alternative for millions of consumers.

It's been 4 days there is no signal in my phone.I tried everything connected with customer care as well but didn't get any response from there. Pls resolve it.

Their services are very unprofessional and real BSNL officers are nothing to do with customer complaint. Even direct contact with coustomer. Kindly look into matter. @JM_Scindia
