  @MazumderAruna @Padmakumarpatil Don't take this rude ,but logical . When women cook good food in home and still some men prefer hotel food ,does that mean women are bad ? Nah ,same . BSNL service is bad sometimes and they did gave best plans when Airtel was scrapping us with 1 gb per month .

  @bsnl_ap_circle Bsnl website says there is no installation charges, customer care says there is no installation charges.. but the local bsnl office says i need to pay 1000 rs as installarion charges for new ftth connection. Whom should i believe?

  @BSNLCorporate There is no need to contact any one. I know there is only one solution. Switch to a better service provider. This attitude of pushing ball to another court has been already resulted in bankruptcy of BSNL. If you will not improve this attitude. Bharat fibre will go the same way.

  @BSNLCorporate Today is day 6 after complaining through this portal..no one came to correct my bsnl bharat fiber (phone no. 06712952125)..sir for how many days should i wait. you claims that u resolves customer problem through this portal. i don't think anyone is bothered in bsnl

  @BSNLCorporate Today is day 6 after complaining through this portal..no one came to correct my bsnl bharat fiber (phone no. 06712952125)...sir for how many days should i wait...you claims that u resolves customer problem through this poratl...but i don't think anyone is bothered in bsnl..

  Issue's in BSNL DP box. I had request to change the #DPBox or shift it- bcz rats are damaging the bsnl wires. Else shift my connection to another DP. Many times given the online complaint & also to @bsnlpune bajirao road division. Then to they're not solving it. @BSNL_MH

  @pravesh814 @real_akhilvarma @ANI but that’s possible only if their is monopoly in private sector. Jio, vodafone, airtel etc will try to killl each other. broadband mai toh bahut player hai. I don’t have problem as long as BSNL competing fairly. loss pe nai chalane ka.

  @BSNLCorporate hi, I have a BSNL prepaid sim & last week Saturday, I swap in my old sim for 4g LTE sim to avail BSNL 4g. My phone still shows awaiting for activation & the CCS at Vijayawada are unable to help. Is there anyway you can do activation of data services on my number ?!
