I even called them up today and raised complaints, still no fix i am working from home and its really difficult to sustain, sorry I tried to hold up with BSNL since 6 years but now with no consistency i will have to give up.. complaint number #127470627742

Bsnl fibre not working.Out of internet since 12PM today. I am facing the same connectivity issue everyday. Either internet is slow or connectivity issue.I am not sure why the customer care no's are not working at all. Please fix ASAP as it's a blocker now @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR

@BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate I replaced my sim even now my internet not working before this my internet is also not working What do you want BSNL. I think you're not listening your customers that's why BSNL is in loss and bsnl have less customers. @BSNL_RJ Please solve my issue

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ @GoI_MeitY This is how you compete with other telecom services I took bsnl fibre cnctn and total 5000 I paid for thr service. 3500 installation charges non refundable 1500 security deposit And also cannot change the plan b4 3 months.

the way @IRCTCofficial has designed website and applying cancellation and service charges, they definitely want you to stay away from their site and go to their private competitors. Shame. Another BSNL in making.
