Urgent need to permit hand written referals as also upgrade to pvt telecom providers and exit BSNL services.

It survives on old accounts, not merit. Profit making is fine, but at least deliver basic service quality, where SBI fails, just like BSNL and air India

The corruption surely start in higher echelons but if lower employees left for their dignity government would have been held accountable.

Police advise installing CCTV cameras. I CANNOT install cameras because BSNL won’t fix a basic internet connection.😤 #BSNL #DigitalIndia
