    @Airtel_Presence this a central govt office and we handle large number of financial transactions. Reason why we shifted from bsnl to airtel. We can't pause our work due to this "switch not working thing". Kindly do the needful.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlrajasthan @BSNL_RJ actually i am unable to send any sms from my bsnl number i had recharge with 107 and 184 and talk time 40 rupees still unable to send message and customer care also failed to resolve my issue kindly help me otherwise I'll Port out. Thanks

    BSNL India complain no1057809173 is not resolved from last 33 days.even after multiple complain to call center, line man and BSNL SDO Faridabad . in last 60 days I have complaint 30 times that broadband is not working but issue is not solved @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR

    The customer service and the third part vendor is not helping at all @BSNLCorporate and I have no help from anyside even after charging Rs 5000 for installation which @reliancejio and @airtelindia are doing free.#Bsnl support and #taxpayer money both are going into waste

    Dear BSNL You haven’t responded to my last reply yet, they again told me that BSNL needs to setup a CPAN device in Mankachar and Hathsingimari, then it will be fixed. Please help 🙏 @BSNL_AS @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate
