I am based out of Bangalore Kengeri, the JE and the staff here are pathetic with frequent network drops. Giving 5G sim when 4G itself don't work properly. I need a refund from your service cause it sucks.

Kevin (@Comefeelme_9) reported@bsnl_care I have recharged my BSNL number but I am not able to use it properly. Whenever I make a call, it connects through 2G or 3G network and the internet works intermittently, but BSNL's 4G network is not available everywhere, which is the worst thing.
