    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR I m tryin to get BSNL ftth at Muzaffarpur but vendor is asking Rs.7500.I wnt the router chrgs 2 b tkn in mnthly bill installment. Evn talking to SDE I m nt geting solution.These vendors r making money by fooling ppl and officials r supporting them. Pl help

    @alnusrinu2005 @Akshaypkumar97 @gautam_adani Sir I will give you a simple example. BSNL was not cheap but had BSNL ever satisfied a single customer in last few decades. You know the answer. Government cannot handle businesses. Period. That too filled with untrained, reserved quota, babus. Can government fire them?

    @excitel_rocks never ever opt in for there service it's better to use BSNL Rather than there garbage af connection. It's been a week and there stupid connection is not fixed my neighbour's connection is working fine it's only my connection for a week that is down by these dumdums

    Don't respond on customer problem. There are many internet provider for big Town but we don't have options for village area that the only reason I want a bsnl connection now I need to rethink about it if they are not able provide a single connection how can they provide quality
