Who is responsible for BSNL poor network issue❓If I recharge with ₹147 plan then how can I use this plan because in my area your BSNL network is too poor. Complaint no.1H2544694061 is for network issue but till today my grievance is not resolved. @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw

@BSNL_OR We had to take help of the technician over there in Chatrapur BSNL office to resolve the issue i.e. July 2021 and since then did not find any issues. Thanks to Chatrapur BSNL staff for providing immediate resolution. Please set up a customer care platform soon.

AIRTEL using BSNL poles to support@their internet wires pulling poles down during thunderstorms. Web of wires makes city ugly. There are hardly landlines working in houses now but wires of BSNL are still dangling. Please remove the wires not in use. NAC Manimajra chandigarh
