    @rsprasad Sir i am a IT egg staying in my native (284122) due to this pandemic.Sir network connection is very poor in my town and its taking toll on my WFH.tried for BSNL broadband which only works when power is on still they refused to provide services. Please help me out sir.

    I am facing so many issues using @BSNLCorporate . Even after recharging not able to make calls msgs and internet is no even working. @BSNL_RJ in this lockdown how to visit bsnl office and resolve this issue. This issue arose so many times earlier but this is too worst to handle.

    @BSNLCorporate sir why my main balance was deducted by BSNL company. Please verify. If I use the network, then why not BSNL sent me advance messae.i use only 95 mb and BSNL company charge me 25rs.this is absoulately disaster for a middle class family. my ph9749097223
