    @BSNLCorporate the officer there told me to pay 300 rupee. An they would issue me a new sim with the same number. I don't understand why should I get a new sim when I already have one. And why is bsnl so adamant about shutting down services without prior notice

    @DoT_India Sir, my BSNL post paid mobile number 9481501234, account number 507201864 is not working since last 15days. I am a customer since last 12 years. The issue is that there is no signal in the phone. The BSNL officer tells me to go to the office personally to resolve the issue

    @BSNLCorporate I switched to bsnl fibre premium plus plan hoping for close to 200 mbps speed but i am not even getting half of that. Please help me switch back to Fibre Value plan with 100mbps. There is no downgrade option on selfcare portal.

    @BSNL_OR Sifted to BSNL from last few days, But there is no network from those days in my place. In an era of digitalization it's very unfortunate to be part of this unpredictable service like this. It's really adventurous & uncomfortable having a BSNL SIM as your primary SIM.

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate WHY ARE YOU IRRITATING YOUR CUSTOMERS OF FTTH WITH SPEED FLUCTUATION, SERVICE OUTAGE? SPEED FLUCTUATION HAPPENS EVERY 2 TO 3 HOUR, SERVICE OUTAGE HAPPENS MORE THAN THRICE A DAY AND WEEKLY CABLE CUT ARE YOU CONVINCING US TO LEAVE BSNL? GIVE SOME EFFORTS

    @Airtel_Presence My father has BSNL prepaid number 9417892135. We applied for port to Airtel prepaid 2 times. After applying, next day your executive calls just once for some seconds and drops the call like we are waiting 24*7 for his call & never calls back. What kind of sim delivery is this?

    @CMDBSNL please look into it Sir. Its really frustrating on part of the local franchise and BSNL Purnea office (Bihar). They don't pick calls and no solution is provided since past 2-3 week.
