    Even bsnl plans are also like other operators but the servive is not even close to their service quality. Kindly resolve this issue

    Since 4th June 2022, there is no BSNL fibre internet service in modipara sambalpur odisha. Even after continuous complain, the local bsnl department is not taking any actions. Having worst customer experience since ages. Is this what we are paying for? @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR

    Sir,Today is almost a week since our landline & broadband is down! You are kind of forcing loyal customer to switch to other carrier! Really feel sorry about the state of affairs in National Telecom company. Why don't you close BSNL operation😭?

    @TRAI we request your attention & action against @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH for stopping PORT service sms to 1900 in Maharashtra. #BSNL completely failed to give internet services in #Maharashtra. Agents illegally run their business inside BSNL Offices in partnership with officers.

    @MohitGupta048 @stockifi_Invest i think psu are not profit driven by profit motive. bsnl was good until jio came. bsnl got worse only after 2018 after that it couldnt recover. bsnl has much better trained employees but system is very bad which doesnt encourage highly efficient employees.

    Hello BSNL, I have connected my local area sales person to get the new connection of BSNL FTTH but they are not responding properly and giving excuses. trying since last week. I hope team will help me to get new connection in Rajkot ASAP. @CMDBSNL @CMOGuj @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate It's not my personal problem it's in public domain. It's BSNL registered office At Krishna nagar, main highway NH70 Hamirpur Himachal pradesh pincode 177001, near IFB point show room, BSNL BTS doesn't have 🚨 over 🗼. Not active in night mode

    @BSNLCorporate I don't think Rajkot (Rail nagar) BSNL FTTH provider has same vision. I am trying since last week but not getting proper response from him. He is making excuses to provide new connection. I hope BSNL team will help me to get new connection. @BSNL_GJ @CMDBSNL

    @anurag_bhatia As per telephones act state government should prove right of way free of cost to Bsnl for providing service to public. If there is no public service involved, then state govts can tariff for right of way. Hope they do with public service and infra service like edge data centres.
