    The concerning part isn't the technical mechanism, it's that BSNL pushed a carrier settings update, a VoWiFi activation campaign, and a burst of OTA provisioning messages to devices, all within the same window. These land on your phone without you initiating anything. If you accepted the carrier update when prompted, your modem was silently re-initialised. Whether anyone on the network operations side considered device-side impact is a fair question.

    @BSNL_UPEast Hampering network means bsnl. @JM_Scindia plz change name of bsnl to PSNL. Drop name B for Bharat. These engineers need bulldozer treatment. No network since morning.
