    I have been suffering from poor BSNL network connectivity for the last 8 months. 📍Location: Tardeo, Mumbai – 400034 I have registered numerous complaints and have a long list of complaint docket numbers as proof. However, BSNL Care repeatedly closes my complaints within an hour without resolving the issue. Every month I recharge my BSNL connection hoping the problem will finally be fixed, but nothing has changed. Around two months ago, I was informed that my complaint had been escalated to a higher level and I was asked to be patient. I have already waited long enough, yet there has been no action. Is this how BSNL treats its customers? Complaints are closed without resolution while customers continue to pay for a service they cannot use. I request your urgent intervention to resolve the network issue in Tardeo, Mumbai – 400034. I can provide all the complaint docket numbers as evidence.     @PiyushGoyal @DPIITGoI Modi Govt is in power: increasing Network tariff rates especially of BSNL too & made less validity, Cable Dish rates, also huge increase in various fields As how Modi Govt is making to suckoff Common Man' s money only to build Corporates not of increasing Wages of Common Man

    Day 7. Still no response. Still no resolution. My BSNL FTTH connection has been down for 7 days, and despite repeated complaints, emails, and escalations to Customer Care and higher authorities, no one has resolved the issue.

    When the entire telecom sector is moving rapidly towards 4G/5G, why are BSNL customers in Delhi still facing connectivity issues and, in some areas, being dependent on outdated 3G/Dolphin services? No network coverage for 2 days . @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate

    It is a month BSNL Fiber line at Dihasahi Section of Jagatsinghpur of BSNL Cuttack circle is silent as to when the line would be restored. Why should customers pay for the service NOT provided. We are moving from pillar to post for Vikashit BSNL @narendramodi ji 🙏@PMOIndia 🙏
