    @TelecomTalk Suitable for back up sim / 2nd sim till now. BSNL has improved a lot, particularly in 2025, but still one cannot relies completely on it. You cannot predict sudden absence of their network while making calls, using UPI or using Google Maps.

    @BSNL_KOTD My BSNL FTTH connection has been down for the last 2 days while my neighbours’ connections are working fine. Local LCO is not responding to calls. Please help restore the service urgently.

    @NalinisKitchen @TRAI Go to BSNL office. Never you will find a person to guide you to a correct plan. There will be third persons unrelated sitting there to make money from BSNL's efforts and the staff sleeping/gossiping/playing in the mobile (connection free for them?)

    @BSNLCorporate @Bandbajateraho @devfadnavis4CM Bsnl is useless. I went several times to customer service centre at juju Tara road and the staff there was arrogant. Better shut it down

    I am trying to recharge my @bsnl_care mobile fr lstt 10days through BSNLSELFCARE App.wst of tme Recharged 147 through Gpay pmt deducted not reflecting. Tried you CC executives they can't able to fix. Trying hard to retain my BSNL no with your pathetic serv. @JM_Scindia

    @anjusabu @mohitlaws Just to clarify, BSNL wrote off his dues because those payments were ******* in long, complicated legal and contractual issues….not simply waived. Meanwhile, BSNL’s push for fiber is about modernizing infrastructure to provide better, faster service to everyone. So it is not just about forcing payments but upgrading the network to stay relevant in todays digital world. Tell me, out of Jio’s 50 crore customers, how many are stuck paying ₹350 instead of ₹177 just to keep a landline for sentimental reasons like you. If there are many like you, then maybe I should join you in hating businessmen and capitalism while appreciating communism

    @TelecomTalk Although BSNL has tried to express satisfaction with its fiber service, it identifies a completely dilapidated state of mobile service. Although the connection is generally stable on fiber, the network blackouts on mobile service occur from time to time. This is unacceptable.

    @hrushikeshnair Vi has retail strength while BSNL has govt. support. But for survival, both need what users value most: consistent network + customer experience.
