Even BSNL Customer service is better than @airtelindia , From 121 if I choose any option, it doesn't take the input. From Airtel thanks app I get nothing but some useless stupid options given by AI which doesn't address the real problem. No option to connect to real person.

@BSNLCorporate 7 days ago I ported out from Vodafone and ported in to BSNL, but since yesterday I am facing call drop and network problem on my number. I did not think that I would face such problem in BSNL in the beginning.

@Ravisutanjani Jio is poor and not able to operate many apps on the Jio network. BSNL got defeated because of its services. Sometimes tower went AWOL.

Clearly shows where the momentum is headed. Jio continues to dominate with massive additions, while Airtel holds steady. Vi and BSNL need serious overhauls — affordability alone can’t compete with poor service. For BSNL, the intent might be there, but without real execution, users will keep walking away.

If anyone wants a new internet connection and is looking for a service provider, please avoid getting a connection from @excitel_rocks . Their interest is down everyday, they take forever to fix it, no one listens to the complaints, they are even worse than BSNL

@IndianTechGuide BSNL lost because it was not able to give 4G. So many of them left. They gave 4G Sim. Even after 2 years, one is not able to get 4G service from BSNL.

BSNL has been losing subscribers mainly because it hasn’t fully rolled out high-speed 4G and 5G services yet, so customers are switching to private players like Jio and Airtel who offer better network quality and faster data at competitive prices. To address this, the Government of India has launched a massive revival package for BSNL, is mandating government departments to use its services, and is pushing for rapid 4G expansion—especially in rural and strategic areas—to help BSNL modernize and regain lost ground.
