    @BSNLCorporate The bsnl network provider mobile tower at location RAHURI sugar factory, ahmednagar does not function in case of power failure. Please ensure an alternate source of power for the tower. @BSNL_MH

    Samsung is as good in customer service as BSNL, their washing machine not working for more than one month due to lack of spare purchased last year @SamsungIndia

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH Frequent network down issue for bsnl users in Pune region. Contacted customer service, they just suggested to restart my cell, but the issue still exists. Sometimes it shows a full network but still not able to call anyone nor receive any calls.
