The UPC for your mobile no. 7503758074 is AW339183, valid upto 15-02-22 23:59. But stil pending poor service

@Madeshjournali1 BSNL has become very inefficient! Government employees have a bad reputation of being so inefficient. Even Mr Lee Kuan Yew has commented how the inefficiency of the Indian bureaucracy is the reason why India is developing so slowly. So what’s wrong in outsourcing to private co?
