@Moto_Support @motorolaindia My Moto G45 5G smartphone fails to provide proper internet access when using a BSNL 5G SIM. Same sim is working fine with another smartphones. In this phone it only shows 4G and an exclamation mark with no internet access. I want a proper solution

If you are outside the house, you can get BSNL 4G signal, but if you are inside the house, you cannot get 3G signal.

@IndianTechGuide We all know how bad govt sites and apps work and bsnl is best eg of bad customer care, it will be very hard to attract customers and drivers
