@BSNLCorporate Our ftth connection was installed a week back, but rejected because the contractor uploaded wrong documents. Inspite of correcting the issue, the connection is still not approved and the bsnl official doesn't receive calls at all. Can you help?

BSNL is such a stupid department that if I tweet a complaint it immediately removes it. It is good for nothing department. I pay bill throughout the year but services I receive is only for 5/6 month.Patharkandi, Karimganj, Assam.

Sir, landline Bsnl 01912574244 jammu out of order in month of Nov 2021 made complaint but did not set right,leaved noida and making all monthly payments from noida,returned back jammu on 18th April 2022 found telephone dead means no work done, shame deptt

@BSNLCorporate @abhishekgupta_j BSNL is Working hard for 4g but, in my home it's never gone up to 2g, Officials told me 3g tower is more then a K.M away of my house, No tower nearby, Help me to use minimum 3g, I love bsnl but, because of the issue I can't. @BSNL_KL @BSNLCorporate I registered complaints from morning, called many times still fth network issue is not fixed. I took a connection from bsnl,and now need to plead to the local cable operators to get issues fixed. Any explanation???
