    @BSNLCorporate Currently internet services down since 4 days. My question who will pay for my losses due to this poor service. Number provided in last tweet is always switched off. Lastly is this the way BSNL will make his name with the existing competetor. You r abt 2 loose lot many consumers

    @BSNLCorporate Hello, I checked yesterday, Now also I checked, still Hotstar premium not activated. I got call from Bsnl representative saying hotstar premium is activated. But still it is not activated. Please dont close ticket issue is not resolved yet.

    Hey @BSNLCorporate, Installation charges for Bharat Fibre has been waived off till Nov 2 as mentioned in website. But still BSNL distributer asking me a considerable amount other than plan amount for a new connection. Please help!! #bsnl_fibre

    @LICIndiaForever Indian customers have full trust in LIC, but your employees will break that trust because when the service is not available then the customer will get upset and go to a private company and the condition of LIC will be like BSNL. I think so Modinagar branch code 250 branch.

    2/3 I am the customer of both SBI and BSNL since 2010, now a days I am facing lot of issues regarding not getting OTP in urgent situations, this issue is from both side BSNL and SBI, sometimes I received OTP from other websites but did not get OTP from SBI Net banking ..

    @BSNLCorporate Nobody even takes responsibility and play just blame game on each other. Ultimately customer suffers. And this is happening when I am working from home and internet is must for me but no help from anyone. Regretting for the day when I took BSNL services.
